My last pair of ECCO's had a smoother material around the foot. These do not have as smooth of an interior material around the foot and it makes my socks rub uncomfortably on the sides of my feet.

They're good looking, but a little busy with the stitching. They are pretty comfortable too, my only complaint is they're a little too tight in the toe box. I left it as true to size because I don't know if that makes them a 1/2 size too small. It's only been a week, so I'm hoping for some break in. All in all, I like them quite a bit, but not as much as other Eccos of my past.

You get what you pay for. Ecco shoes are a quality purchase. I bought both the black smooth leather and brown jumbuck to replace my older Eccos, and look forward to many years of foot comfort

These are very comfortable shoes. They are slightly bulky and a little stiff but I can tell they will likely soften with use.

Another great pair of Ecco shoes. Fit was perfect. After 2 days of break in, they felt perfect to walk or stand all day. You can't go wrong with these shoes. I only wish they broken in a little faster. A slower break in does mean they will last longer.

A friend of mine recommended Ecco shoes a few years ago. He was always on his feet and swore Ecco shoes were very comfortable. SO.... I thought I'd try them myself. When I opened the box and looked at the shoes I was very impressed. The style and material was awesome. HOWEVER, once I tried them on and began walking around things weren't so awesome. They feel like you're walking on a firm piece of rubber. I'm not impressed and will not be ordering anymore Ecco shoes.

These shoes ran WAY large on my son. He wears a 9.5 or 43, and these shoes in those sizes were a good 2-3 inches too large. We ordered three different styles and all ran too large, although some were worse than others. We will go to a department store to try these on and figure out what size he is in Eccos. It was too far off to even guess.

I've had these shoe for 3 months and wear them once or twice a week. Unfortunately they are rather stiff and not very comfortable. Past ECCOs I've had were comfortable but not these. Other brands I own are way ahead of these in comfort, particularly Clarks. These shoes are a very plain style that work well with khakis or jeans. But in the end are not worth the price.

Don’t recommend! Shoe looks nice but it’s not a comfortable shoe. It’s like walking on a firm piece of rubber. Will avoid Ecco products.

The toe box put pressure at the top of my foot. Great looking, though.

I have worn ECCO shoes for many years, and have always ordered size 43. The models I had previously worn were no longer offered, so I tried this one in size 43. It didn't look as good as what I had previously ordered, and did not come even close to fitting me. I'm done with ECCO.

Others are right that the shoe has changed and is too tight now across the top of my foot. It was Ecco’s best work shoe, but I had to trade it in for something else.

The first pair of ECCO's that I have ever HATED. ECCO is the only work shoe I wear, and have done for the last 10 years, but they stopped making the bicycle fusion toe tie, so I needed a replacement. was not crazy about the style of these but thought they are ECCOs. I was so wrong the shoes were not wearable for me at all. they hurt the top of my feet so much that I had to return them. now I need to find a new work shoe.

I have worn Ecco shoes for the last 20 years and have had to find a replacement for the Bicycle toe fusion shoes that I have been wearing the last 10 years. I loved those comfortable right out of the box. these Fusion II tie are VERY tight on my feet at the top of my foot, really needs to be broken in hard there. it hurt to the point I had to take them off mid day to get through the day.
