Comfortable for walking but nothing like Crandall tall boots I purchased a few years ago which had a thicker, more plush lining. The Crandall II doesn't hug the calf as snugly and is not nearly as warm.

These are not what I expected. They are flimsy and do not in any way keep your feet warm. My old Bogs are over 10 years old and I love them they are sturdy and warm, these new ones are awful. I'll not be purchasing these again. I'm switching brands.

The boot sole is, overall, very comfortable, but i guess i have wide calves or something because they did not fit nicely around my calf. Far too snug and looked bad on.

They are very cute and durable, but not the most comfortable. I had to add an insole with a little arch support and the worst is that my toes absolutely freeze in them, even with wool socks on. They say they are good to -40, but I was miserable at 10 degrees after less than 30 minutes several times. I bought them looking for warm boots and am really disappointed.

Bought these to wear during the cold times in Northern Nevada. They definitely are not for cold weather! In the 20's on 1-2-22 did not keep my feet warm.

The description of the cushioning was the same as the description for the Neo-Classics, which is AMAZING. However, the cushioning on these is non-existent. I have no idea if that's correct, or if I got a defective pair. Customer service gave me the option to return them, without telling me whether it was supposed to be non-existent, or if I got a defective pair. The height is great, the warmth is great, but my feet hurt after a 1.5 mile walk because there's nothing on the bottom... I just don't know if that's how they're supposed to be or not.

I am a size 8, never an 8.5. I could barely get my foot in. And heavy...so heavy. And, while the handles are great for pulling on...they also allow the snow to get in...so if you are going to be in snow higher than mid-calf, probably not such a good idea.

I bought the wool (warmer) version of these boots last year and after wearing them pretty much every day of winter, the lining of the boot was worn through and my heel would rub up against rubber every time I took a step (pretty painful). So, when I saw these on sale, I decided I would try again, and maybe this version would turn out better. I've only had these for 3 weeks and the lining is already noticeably worn down and the heel pain is back. I've had several pairs of Bogs over the last decade and there's something about this liner that seems to be a problem - I've tried shoe inserts, taping up the inside of the boot, and even the shoe repair shop, but haven't found a solution.
That said - if you don't have this problem, the boots are great. They look enough like a riding boot that I even wear them out to nicer places when there's rain/slush/snow outside. I do notice the difference in temperature rating between these and the wool boots when it gets noticeably below freezing, but this winter has been pretty mild so that hasn't been a problem.
For reference - I normally wear a 7.5 and have flat feet, and sized down to a 7 (like I do for all my Bogs).

I had a pair of Bogs before that were amazing so I bought another pair. These were great in the beginning but now they do not even keep my feet warm in 0 degree weather. I have tried thicker socks, two pair of socks and still not warm enough. Also it feels as though the boot is no longer waterproof, when I take my boots off the same part on either foot is wet. I felt inside the boot and it feels wet too. Since I bought them at the end of last season i cannot return them anymore. Very disappointed that they cannot last for the price, definitely not buying Bogs again.

These would be great for country or outdoors life but are not an urban fit even though the style is nice.

I like the way these look.
They scratched first time i wore them and that won't go away. And they are not nearly as warm as what they are rated for! My toes froze sledding on a 35 degree day.

I did not like the upper portion of this boot, it was not the sturdy stand up material they have on the other boots... I knew it was a different but I expected a similar stand up stiffness. This sort of crumpled down so it looked frumpy. Also one of the boot heals had something wrong it clicked/thumped with each step, I could feel it as well as hear it. So something went wrong in the making of the sole of one of mine.

Narrow calf and not as rugged of a winter boot as I've come to expect with bog. Ended up returning them with some questionable craftsmanship on the inside handles

The top of the boot curves in and is uncomfortable. Feels like a defect. It's tight around the calf (mine calves are regular size) than balloons out. Terrible design.

They rub on the heal and make it real hard to walk. I do landscaping and not ideal for all day work.

I love the way they look. But the tops of them rub on the inside of my leg when I walk and chafe my skin off! So disappointed!

Hey folk, I tried 2 different styles of women's winter bog boots and each were to wide for my normal width foot. I had a pair of Neo Classics which fit great but the soles were way too slippery to wear in the snow and ice. Sad that I could not find the right boot for my winter needs

To be honest I adore everything about the boots I purchased as far as the fit, look, and comfort BUT and it's the only but that will ruin the whole thing for me is they are NOT durable. I do not wear mine much since I have had them as you can tell by the condition they are in but the rubber on them cracked horribly on the sides of my foot where it is most wide and where it bends when you walk. Now they are useless and I spent a very good amount of money on them. Major design flaw that can not be overlooked and will prevent me from purchasing or recommending this product again. Which is unfortunate because everything else has been done right. Even the construction of the remainder of the boot feels solid. All that is useless though if they aren't made with good materials for the part that will wear down fastest.

It fell apart! The sole completely separated from the boot at the toe front! ?? Not a well enough made boot to handle winter snow, water and mud when your daily chores take you off road...

I bought these boots about a month ago and have worn them less than 10x and the loop in the back broke already. Bummer. Also, they are not very warm and I'm wearing thick 80% wool socks.

One of the boots was defective. Customer service was not very friendly. I did not have a very good experience with my purchase or customer service. I had really high hopes for these boots and I was extremely let down. I think I should have been offered some kind of discount for the inconvenience. The boots damage Significantly obvious, someone packed these boots without caring about the damage.

Customer Service was horrible with total disregard for keeping customer informed on returned merchandise and exchanges, or lack of merchandise for exchange. It wasn't until I followed up with an emailed, did I find out that there would be no exchange made

These are the most expensive and worst bogs ever. I am most disappointed. I have been wearing bogs for over 7 years. The soles are thin and rocks dig into my feet, would need insoles for cushioning. The heel shank rubbed skin off above my Achilles tendon during a half hour walk. The heel is so stiff, every step causes it to dig in. And calf is much narrower than previous styles. I can get my skinny jeans tucked in, but I have to pull hard on the top. the loop for [pulling cam loose (the rubber snapped) the first time I used it. And the base is kind of a puky purple. The top part is nice. They are warm. I walk the dog in my bogs daily, these are not going to cut it. They are going back to the store.
