I have searched online for weeks for a simple lace-up leather shoe to wear with business attire. I finally found it, but darn, the gap between European sizes is bigger than US sizes. I wear size 8.5 in US, the 38 was too small and the 39 too big. If this is not an issue for you, I highly recommend this high quality shoe! Sadly I must return both pair and continue my search.

Love this shoe. The heel is the perfect size, just giving you a nice height and comfort like a pair of high heels. And of course, I love the color. Very different from other shoes. I'm planning on buying the penny loafers style next.

This is the second pair of this shoe I have purchased, so obviously I like it very much. The heel height is low, and the shoe is roomy enough when I insert my orthotics. Great for walking in!

Great fit! Super comfy and I have plantar fasciitis. I also have flat Fred Flintstone feet. These shoes are cute too! Love them with skinny jeans or trouser style pants.

I went through many shoes to find this pair. They are comfortable and extremely nice looking. I've worn them with jeans, slacks and I can see wearing them with skirts too. I usually a size 7 and 37 fit well. I have bunions, so I cannot wear anything too narrow, these have some give. Finding shoes that I can wear for hours is important to me, as I'm a teacher and on my feet. These fill the bill!

Love these! But they do run large: I had the same issue others have mentioned with the arch being in the wrong place in my usual size, 38; sized down to 37 and they fit perfectly. The "stone" color is a dull green which goes well with navy, black, or charcoal pants. Beautiful leather, and a low heel and a platform evening-out the heel height for me, as I can no longer wear heels higher than about 1". Will probably be getting these in black, too!

Pay no attention to the picture on the Dansko website. Amazon nails the color of the Stone. These shoes are GREEN. No idea how Dansko came up with that name, or their photo for that matter. These are comfy, wide enough for my slightly wide feet. They do run a bit long though.

These oxfords are really sturdy shoes. My custom orthotics fit. The inserts that come with the shoe are much lower than my custom inserts but are higher than most other shoes you can order. Great shape with the rounded toe so they don't make my feet look too big. The patch with perforated leather on the heel is slightly metallic which is pretty and hard to see from the photos. I only worry that the light colored heel will get dirty even though the description says it has scotchguard protectant on it.

A lovely, comfortable shoe. Depending on the style, I wear a 41 or 42 in Dansko. With these, the 41 fit better. Unfortunately, I have a wide forefoot and ultimately decided these were too narrow. If I had more patience, I think I could have stretched the soft leather.

Love, love, love these shoes! They are beautiful taupe color with darker taupe on the heels. Totally comfortable out of the box. Can stand on my feet and walk all day on te job with these. The only issue I seem to have is the laces frequently come untied. This may be because the shoe slips slightly at my heel.

I got this shoe in Taupe and it is just what I imagined. Very nice leather, and did not need to be broken in at all! I love the look, and the color works surprisingly well with most of my clothes.

Cute shoe and very comfortable but is actually a dark grey color. Pretty but not what I wanted.

Love these right out of the box! I had the sandal from this collection style this summer and was so excited to see the new fall styles. I have wide feet and bad knees and these are such a stylish upgrade from the professional clogs that I had been wearing. Slight movement in heel, but that is what I'm use to from the clogs and will probably not be there if I wear thin wool socks in the winter. Love the color - something I can wear with black or navy pants and jeans.

These shoes feel true to size and are very comfortable.

I have been searching for shoes that I can wear my orthotics in. These have removable inserts, so I was able to put the insoles in, but after doing so the shoe was VERY tight over the top of my foot. Wore around the house a bit to see if they loosened (I suspect they would, they're leather) but my toes started going numb. Will be returning, not willing to pay $150 and cross my fingers that they'll loosen up. Wish they came in a wide version to help accommodate orthotics!

Beautiful vintage style. Quality materials and construction. Felt true to size, but the width was a bit narrow for me and caused pain.

Like the block heel and the round toe box, which are very hard to find these days. Comfortable and stylish.

Bought these for work after recently being diagnosed with plantar fasciates (sp?). Has moderate arch support, but the insert can be easily removed and replaced with my custom inserts. The shoe is attractive, though the laces do come untied frequently. Wide widths are unavailable, and the regular width feel very narrow through (both with their inserts and my custom ones). The shoes does have enough stretch and give to it, that the narrowness has not been too uncomfortable, and they do appear to be stretching in a abit.

Dansko shoes normally fit me well, but I have a high instep, so these were too tight across the top of my foot, even with the laces. Too bad, because they're very supportive and comfortable!

Cute shoes, but too narrow for my feet (which tend to run a little wide). My feet felt squished in from the sides, too much to expect them to loosen over time.

Comfortable fit and stylish oxfords. However, while the website states that lining is leather the actual shoes says lining is man-made fabric, which I normally avoid and would not expect for shoes in this price range.

Bought these in Olive. I thought they would look cool in person, but I returned them because they looked like nun shoes on me. Quality appeared to be nice. Cannot speak to comfort since I only tried them on for a short time.

Unfortunately, I had to return both a 41 and a 42. I have a narrow foot,usually wearing around an 11N, and like lots of room around the toes. The 41 was a bit too snug in the front, and the 42 was wide enough that even tightening the laces fully didn't help. Style and quality seemed pretty good. Wish they'd worked, but I have a very hard time finding shoes.

Needed to replace a pair of oxfords with 2" heels for a more comfortable option for work. I am on my feet 8 hours. These will do the job. They are true to size but feel more spacious than other shoes I have this size. My foot feels roomy, not tight or pinched. By the end of the day, my feet were a bit achy, but a basic insole has seemed to solve that problem. Very nice quality leather(I got the black). Pretty functional styling, but I thought the little accents on the heel and tongue made them a little more stylish than a basic black oxford.
