Stylish & fun & sooper comfy!! No break in period needed - comfy from the get go right out of the box!!

Love these boots! Both comfortable and stylish. They look good with my work pants and my shiny jeans.

This was my second purchase of the same bootie within 2 weeks!! I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis in both of my feet for 8 months. When winter came around, I wanted something stylish, cute but would continue to help my PF heal. I had purchased a pair of the Dansko clogs, but they just aren't for me...although they help my feet they just weren't satisfying for me to wear to the office with dress pants, skirts/tights, I felt too frumpy - but then I came across the Dankso Shirley bootie!! I purchased them first in black and because they fit so well and continued to allow me to walk with my PF without cringing every time I took I step, I purchased the brown! Boy am I glad that I did! I really don't know what I would have done this winter without them. They hit all the things I wanted... Dressing professionally - check, being stylish - check, helping my feet continue to heal - check, check and check!!! They are expensive, but WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! I wore either the black or brown every day from November to now (March)!! They have held up nicely, a little scuffing on the toes, but for that much wear, they still look good! I love these booties! Now if I could find something similar that gives me the same support, style, height, versatility for office or casual AND comfort for Spring I will be singing Dansko's praises for a lifetime! If you are contemplating purchasing this bootie - do it, your feet will thank you! I can't even tell you the amount of compliments I have received for these cute booties! I am hoping to get a grey pair this Fall!

I LOVE these booties from Dansko! I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for 8 months in both feet. Living in Minnesota, I wasn't sure what kind of shoe I could find that was stylish, but helped my PF heal. THESE ARE THE ANSWER and have saved my feet - I couldn't be happier! I wish I could take this bootie and make it into a spring closed toe'ed shoe - until sandal season comes back, I am not sure what I will do. These booties provided enough support to wear every day all day to the office. I am so happy I found these! If you are looking for a winter shoe that is cute and stylish but provides the support you need for plantar fasciitis, look no further, THIS. IS. IT.

Omg these are the BEST shoes ever. So incredibly comfortable. I’ve given up on most heels in favor of flats due to foot pain, particularly plantar fasciitis and these are cushiony in the best way and give me some height!! Honestly I could walk MILES in them. Will be buying at least one more pair.

Love them! They're narrow enough at the top to even look good with leggings. I've worn then for 12 hours without any issue. Highly recommended.

comfortable and attractive

Comfy and well made, but, unfortunately for me, the "wine" color is definitely more brown than burgundy.

Absolutely love these booties! Wedge is awesome, totally comfortable and wide enough for my wide foot.

I have never posted a review on Zappos before, but really felt compelled to after buying these boots recently. These are so comfortable. They're like the boots I've been looking for forever. Like the other Dansko shoes I own, they are "roomy" but not in a bad way. They don't feel like they're going to fall off my feet. I wore them when I traveled to NYC recently for work, and walked all over the city. They were so comfortable. I love they way they look with jeans, black skinny work pants, even with tights and a funky dress. I feel like I should buy another pair to have in reserve for when these wear out!

Great, so cute. My sister wore them. We both are 8.5. In dansko clogs we get 40. In the high heels and other cute shoes like this we do 39.

I love these shoes. They are comfortable but stylish and were just what I was looking for. They're a bit pricey but still, I'm really happy with them and glad I bought them.

Love these booties! I have worn Dansko shoes for years, and these do fit a little different. The wedge definitely gives a little more height than most of their shoes. They are still comfortable, although maybe not as much as the clogs. However, I can walk a long distance without any bother. I wear a 9 and went back and forth between the 39 and 40. Decided on the 39 thinking they would stretch a bit.

My god, these are the holy grail of shoes. I serious don’t think I have ever had a more comfortable pair of cute walking shoes. They give you height but you could walk for days in them. The heel is cushy. I sometimes have problems with heels that are too hard giving my plantar fasciitis but I’ve work these for 3 days straight all over the place. If only I could get this level of comfort in all shoes!! Negatives: the inside of the shoe near my ankle has been a little marked up by the other shoe hitting it when I walk. For such an expensive shoe I find this disappointing but these are so comfy I would never give them up.

I ??Danskos. This was my first boot. I ordered same size I always get and am glad I did. Super cute lots of compliments.

These are amazing! I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to walk in the heel since I cannot walk in any elevated heels whatsoever..but these are the exception. Thank you Dansko for making an attractive but comfortable option!!

Bought these for my wife. She LOVES them. Wore them all day and never complained of her feet hurting!

Fit is most important to me. Truley I should always wear a size 9 (often i try to cinderella into an 81/2) sometimes it works. Bought size 39 in the taupe and the size is perfect!! The color is a true taupe but the darker shade around the heal is slightly shimmer bronze ; thought it would be more of a chocolate brown? The shoe is so cute that I am keeping!!

I love this boot in wine. This is my first Dansko and it's the most comfortable boot I've ever owned. I can wear this bootie all day and I feel like I can comfortably take it on trips where I'm walking and site seeing a lot. I'm not sure what people mean when they say the wine color doesn't match the picture. It exactly matches the picture, however buyers need to be aware of their lighting. In true light and sunlight, it's this beautiful wine. In some indoor lights, it can look more brown or more grey.

I took a chance ordering this medium width shoe. Sometimes Dansko's fit my WIDE/bunioned feet. Sometimes the don't. This time, they didn't. Had it come in a wide width, I'm sure this design would have given me the support I need with plantar fasciitis as well. These shoes are attractive, lightweight, seem to be well-made, and would look great with skinny jeans and winter tights and skirts.

Love, love, love these shoes. They are the most comfortable pair ever. My feet always hurt after wearing any type of heel but not these. I don't even feel like I am wearing a heel at all. They are cute with pants or skirts.

Love these booties!! I have them in tan color from last year and they are so comfortable and cute I had to get the black. I usually wear a size 6 to 6 1/2 and got the 36 and they are perfect.

I loved the boots but had foot surgery and these didn't work good for that foot.

I bought these boots to wear all over. They felt good right out of the box. I love the height of heels but can't wear them anymore. I am a runner, my toes are pretty long so they can get pinched in some shoes. Dansko is very comfy and great quality. I have a narrow foot and heel but these fit great. My right heel moved a bit up and down while walking but it does not bother me. I love these and highly recommend if you are looking for an ankle boot that is fun, comfortable and stylish!
