I found the Maddie comfortable and easy to wear. They were even better when I put in my Birkenstock insoles. Unfortunately, the response at work was "But you don't wear western style clothes, so they look a bit odd with what you're wearing." I guess cowgirl boots aren't in my immediate future! :-(

Loved the quality and tooling on the leather. Actually very soft. I bought a wide in 8.5 and 9. The toe was too tight and the heel was too loose. Probably need a square toe because of my bunion. It was close ! So cute I didn’t want to return them. I’ll keep Laredo on my radar though!

smelled great ... leather! Great non-slippery rubber sole. Substantial quality boot. Unfortunately the boot hit both ankle bones (inside and outside my ankle), so have to return them. The shaft is also pretty wide, which I don't mind at all. Had they not rubbed at ankles, I'd have kept them.

I truly loved these boots! They fit just right and were beautiful. The only problem was that they arrived with a defect and I had to return them. But Dan Post customer service was wonderful about the whole process. They made the return so easy and I was refunded in their stated timeframe. I have already reordered the boots and waiting for the new pair to arrive.

Color not as described. I ordered the "destressed tan" but the "tan" is more like "taupe" and it's not cute. Also, there is something off with the fit. I don't know if it's supposed to be an arch support or something else but whatever it is, it feels weird. It certainly isn't in the right location for an arch support.
