I love these shoes! They aren't too heavy, stylish, easy to put on, and comfortable for my son.

My son is extremely picky about his shoes, and this one is his absolute favorite. We just order the next size up when he outgrows them. We have had this same style for almost 3 years now, and we love that they continue with the same quality shoe but just change the color combinations. We have tried many others but these are his go to. He wears them for all daily activities as well as hiking. They wear well and he is super tough on shoes. Highly recommend.

I love these shoes for my son. He is 13 but still has issues with shoe tying so these are perfect for him and quick to put on in the mornings or goin gout. I love that they are great for going out doors and they seem to last a good 6 months which for him is great! he is rough on shoes. I'll be purchasing them as long as I possibly can. Thank you for carrying them in larger sizes.

Didnt care for the style.

I bought these for my son, an 11 year old boy scout. They were comfortable from day one and they have survived all types of terrains and weather conditions during various campouts and outdoor activities.

My son has wide feet and a high instep. These shoes worked great for him. He is 10 and loves to wear them every day!

These were for my son. We’ve only had them a week but so far they seem comfortable and durable. He is very rough on his shoes, but these seem like they will hold up to the abuse.

My son has worn these shoes for YEARS. (well, we do have to keep getting bigger sizes). They are his favorite fitting shoe. They are durable and good looking - and he is not kind to his footwear. He has a wider, flatter foot and these are not too narrow and quite comfortable. A winner.

I have always been a big fan of Merrell shoes for both of my kids. I don’t really have any complaints about this pair. They are true to size, true to width and have moderate arch support. These shoes are not waterproof but according to my 11 year old son “they are light as air.” I’m a little disappointed that they are now made in China which i feel is directly related to quality control issues. I had to order a replacement pair since the first pair were defective. My son said they let like they had a bump in the sole of the shoes. I pulled the insert out and I saw “the bump.” Apparently the lining of the foot bed was sewn into the show flat creating a bump that could be felt through the insert and was very uncomfortable and bothersome to my son. The second pair we received were fine - no “bump.” If you get a “good” pair the shoes are great! The only other complaint hat I have is the limited color selection and the fact that they are only held on by one Velcro strap. I overlooked this since my son squad they were very comfortable but I think a single Velcro strap isn’t enough. Not to mention I feel that it is a little juvenile for a “big kid” shoe.

bought this last minute for my daughter for her hiking trip. She was very happy with the look of it and the feel of it.
