It's a nice bag. But it's doesn't have water bottle pocket and unwashable. I bought it for hiking. But I think it's better to use in urban environment

This is a great looking and we'll designed bag. However it was way too small to use for our purposes. It's about the size of a preschoolers backpack. If you needed something just to carry snacks, water, an iPad, anf maybe a lightweight jacket this would be great. But you can't fit much more than that in it.

I love the gold accents. It's perfect size for purse replacement when you're traveling to kids sports. You can carry bug spray, sunscreen, wallet a few snacks. The only con I wish it had a side pocket for a water bottle.

This is my every day work bag! I also use it as a carry on for all of my essentials- documents for flying fit right in the front easy access pocket. Super rugged- left it out in the rain and my electronics were bone dry :)

Good as an alternative to a purse. Probably too small for a bookbag.

I use this backpack for school since I kept wearing out the straps of my old backpacks. I don't really carry a lot of stuff on me, so don't expect it to fit all your things if you do pack a lot! I bring a 13" laptop, a folder with paper, a small A4 sized planner, a pencil pouch, a wallet, and a small notebook in the main pouch. There's definitely room for more stuff, but not too much. The pockets on the outside can fit my phone, a makeup compact, and some small miscellaneous stuff. The only things I don't particularly like is that there isn't anywhere for a water bottle, and that the outside front pocket doesnt have a zipper or a button to keep it closed. It's probably fine if you only stick sheets of paper or small snacks or something in there, but it seems like things will fall out if you put too much in there. Otherwise it's a cute backpack that's been durable enough so far and serves my needs well!

Gorgeous design, however too small for my needs. Comfortable to carry, am definitely interested in the Isabella though.

Lightweight with good support for shoulder. Love the elegant smart casual design. The front hidden pocket with elastic yet quality material is good if you want to put a foldable hat or water bottle but no zip. Quite small storage within the main compartment. I think the design helps limit weight and hold the load closer to the center of the back - which is good for a petite lady with ahort corso and ppl with ahoulder and back problem. Not waterproof. However I was walking in the hard rain for about 5 mins and the inside wasn't wet (outside was). As advertised, the compartment for tablet doesnt fit 13" laptop but the main compartment does, which I use for as its hard for me to find any elegant small lightweight with good strap support and not bulky. Had to squeeze the laptop and cover in but it works for me. However, as its small, nothing much else like a big book would fit. I usually have a moleskin notebook, 13" laptop, Sometimes hard to adjust the straps but overall I really like it. i wish it'll be a bit bigger that could fit 13" in the tablet pocket. The Isabelle model is too big for me. This pack is recommended by American association of chiropractor, which is nice. I am not sure if it would support a heavy load of 13", small wallet, notebook, smartphone with long walk without much pain. One of the rare backpack that closely fits 13" and has shorter length (16"). I like this color. Wish the black doesnt have pink/orange shade liner. The material in black doesnt look as nice as with this color at the store

I love this bag but I wish it had more ways of organizing my small items. I wish now I would have gotten the Isabella.

I am using the product for school . I am not quiet sure yet how it will do but it's looking a bit small for now. Hopefully it is not and it can withstand the rain like my last north face.

I bought this backpack for a month long trip to Costa Rica and it served me very well. It's fairly small but it fit more than it seemed like it would, I was able to carry a jacket, umbrella, notebook, and water bottle with plenty of room for other things every day. It's definitely not big enough to use a school backpack, but it was perfect for hiking and walking around the cities everyday. It also withstood heavy rain pretty much everyday, keeping everything mostly dry. It's also very comfortable to carry, I have back and shoulder problems but the straps were padded enough that it never bothered me, even when it was full. My only complaint is the lack of a water bottle pocket, but the daisy chain on the front was sturdy enough to clip my water bottle for the day.

What an amazing backpack. I wanted this for something a little smaller for everyday. I was hesitant on the black with Rose gold but I absolutely love the color combo. It's so sharp and can be dressed up or down. I have a four year old boy and is perfect size for his water bottle, snacks and my personal belongings. My next purchase will be the Isabella or Aurora in the same color combo for something bigger! Definitely recommend this backpack.

I like the size of this backpack. I use it as a diaper bag/purse/snack bag for my three children and myself. I wish they were more color choices. Also, I wish there was a bigger zip pouch on the front for keys and basic daily small items such as lip gloss, hair tie, small hand sanitizer, bandaids, etc.

This is a nice, sleek and small backpack that is unfortunately not suited for school however it would be perfect as a day pack or even as a purse.

This is a SMALL backpack. I actually wanted that specifically and had not found even in women's style a North Face not bulk bag. This is good for a laptop keys and drink nothing else. If you need to carry a laptop and several books etc this is definitely not the bag for you. The zippers are nice but the North Face logo on the strap is just like a sticker it is not sewn. That was kind of a bummer. Overall looks cute.

For those who are confused that this is "smaller than expected," it's a 12-liter backpack, what do you expect? I'm a commuter in DC, so I just needed something that kept me hands-free on the subway and held my tablet, sometimes lunch, and other small essentials. It's a great commuter back for those who don't actually pack the kitchen sink when they're off to work.

I read a lot of reviews also at other sites that are selling the Electra backpack and decided to take a chance. For me its just ok. I like the look of it but Its just not working out like I wished for. I was hoping that my 14" could fit, it I needed it too. I did consider the Isabella but didn't want to spend that much, also I felt that size would be more of a traditional backpack. All in all, I will keep it and use it sometimes but not sure if it will be my main purse. I am sure If I don't use it as much, my girls will. I know I get stuck holding there cell phones and lip gloss when we are out and about!

I returned this item because it was too small for me. The only thing I could fit in the bag was my laptop. I loved the color and design, I just wish they had it in a bigger size.
