cute, comfy style. perfect with jeans. Ordered the brown & blue. Kept the blue. Brown had bigger variance in color between suede & leather than appears in photos.

I love these! Comfortable right out of the box! I wore them around the house for a few days before going out for any serious walking, but I probably didn’t have to. I have high arches and a wide toe box but narrow ankle, so finding booties is almost impossible. These are perfect. And I love how sharp they look.

This ankle boot looks great and felt amazing from the time I put it on. The heel is nicely cushioned and arch support good. There is plenty of room for my toes in the medium width. I don’t usually order a wide but sometimes certain mediums feel snug but these fit perfectly.

The Helm boot is both stylish and comfortable, this is my 2nd pair. I have a high arch and neuropathy in my feet, the Helm provides great support for both. In Naot sandals I wear a 41, but in boots I need a 42, the zippers on both sides of these make them so easy to put on. Oh, one more thing - the toe box is generous enough to be quite comfortable and yet they don’t have a round toe profile.

I broke my ankle last year and it is still somewhat swollen so these boots were too tight around the ankle and were painful for me. The foot bed fit perfectly, but I cannot wear these so they were returned.

This is my fourth pair of these shoes and my second in this color. I am walking a lot for a political campaign and these are great. The new pair arrived on Saturday and I sprayed them with waterproofing. I put them on yesterday morning and they felt a bit snug, so I thought I’d wear them and break them in while I was doing office tasks and change into an older pair before my doorbelling. By the time I left to doorbell around 2 PM, they felt fine - no need to change.

The ball of my foot is medium and I have low volume feet. This boot look beautiful, but it is super narrow in the ball. The heel was fine.

Beautiful blue suede boots. Comfy and cool. 41 fits my 9 1/2 size.

Beautiful shoe. Fit my 9.5-10W foot nicely and I love the two-tone look. It is a very low bootie so either needs to be worn with an extra low cut sock or a sock you don’t mind being visible.

Awesome!!! Felt like I could zip around all day on my feet! No knee pain, either, later in the day.

These fit me perfectly. My feet are different by about a 1/2 size, so I normally wear an insert in one shoe. Somehow these boots conform perfectly to both feet. I also didn't need break in time at all. I walk a lot, on sidewalks and other hard surfaces and I've had zero problems with these, even after hours of standing and walking. I've now bought several colors. Finding them in navy was another bonus - a really hard color to come by, in my experience.

I love these shoes! I have been wearing Helm for several years. I am a MS principal and need shoes that are easy to walk all day in. I wear these with pants and some dresses. I accidentally purchased the Bordeaux/violet ones without reading the color description. They are a fabulous red wine color, but the picture looks brown. I am keeping them and buying brown too. The black ones I wear nearly every day. I find with daily wear my Naot Helms last 2 years. Well worth the price.

Well made sharp looking shoe.

I admired these boots on a friend, as I've been looking for some short boots for quite a while. At first I was hesitant to order them, as I've never owned any Naots. But I read many reviews and decided my narrow feet would give it a go! And I'm glad I did! In addition to my feet being narrow (Naot has only Medium width) I was also concerned about ordering a half size up (Naot has only whole sizes in this boot). Would they be too big? Would they be too wide? Long story short, the Helm fits me perfectly! I've only worn them around the house so far, but I'm eager to wear them "for real" out in the world! I can wear them with light weight socks or with hose and both are comfortable. The shoe is a little stiff in the beginning but wearing them around the house for a day has softened them up nicely. I love the look of the leather with the suede -- very chic and unique! All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase of Naots from Zappos!

I love the look quality and comfort of naot shoes but I can’t seem to fit in them. They run on the narrow size. It’s a shame because the insoles are so supportive. And the shoe is pretty. Not a common occurrence

Since I had purchased another pair a year ago in another color, I knew the size to order. Boots are very comfortable and stylish. I feel secure wearing these outdoors in the snow, they have a tread on the sole.

I love these booties! I'm a Naot fan as I wear Kirei shoes all the time for long distance city and travel walking. I don't like boots that cover too much of my leg because they get too warm. These are perfect because my ankles are half exposed for cooling. I thought that they might rub the ankles because they have a more snug fit at the top, but it's not a problem. I needed no break-in time to be able walk over a mile in them. I bought the tan zebra stripe-y pair and they look pretty cool. For size reference, I wear a size 37 for Naot and these feel like 37. To me, their 37 is about a US size 6 1/4 (if US had quarter sizes) and a wide width. It's that wider width that makes all the difference to me for comfy walking. I'll be looking to buy another pair later on.

You can’t go wrong with Naot! These booties are so gorgeous and comfortable. I was looking for dark blue boots, and these are perfect for me. These are true to size.
