Pretty shoes but too small a toe box. I am sad but know my feet won't be happy if I try to wear them.

I ordered the navy ones and they came worn! I was very surprised bc I have ordered umpteen shoes from Zappos and that has never been the problem. The Naot word was actually worn off inside from someone wearing them. They were also rubbed on the suede from walking and the soles were not perfect. I found the style cute but I prefer one zipper to two zippers.

Ok looking boot, but runs extremely narrow. I don’t have a particularly wide foot, but I couldn’t even get the boot on. I actually thought they sent the wrong size. It looks well made, but the style is nothing special considering the price. Glad I tried it, but they’re going back and i do t plan to re-order.

These boots are beautiful but too tight and narrow for me. Also, I didn't notice much arch support which I really need.

It is too long but too narrow for my feet

OMGoodness! I wear size 8M and ordered that size, but they were too tight despite they weren't too long. I would have LOVED them in a half size, but didn't order size 9 as they would have been waaay too long.

Shoe felt a size too small.

These are adorable shoes in the croc leather. But wow, a size 39 in Naot used to fall off my feet, but I could barely get this shoe on. It is incredibly tight for my 8W foot. They didn't have a size 40, else I would've tried sizing up. 39 usually fit me great in other brands and are usually loose on me in Naot. Maybe this pair was an anomaly.

The shoe was cute and very comfortable. Felt a 1/2 size small and not quite what I was looking for- especially for the price. If price isn't an issue, I would recommend.

It is a really nice boot just super narrow, I can't go up a size because the length would be too long. Sad I have to return.

This is a beautiful boot. Unfortunately, the top is very tight across the ankle, which was going to be a problem with chafing. Too bad -I love the style, but they must go back.

This shoe was very stiff and tight. I have a narrow foot, and it was still too tight for me. I sent it back.

I couldn’t even get my foot in the size 38, my normal size.

Smaller and narrower than I expected

The style and quality is very good. Unfortunately they were tight with socks.the next size would be too large. It was an almost fit. Disappointed. I really like them.

The most gorgeous shoes - sleek and excellent leather. True to size. But - the substantial leather in front does not work when I walk -- it cuts right into the leg above where my ankle bends. No way will this soften enough to be practical.

I loved these for a few months. After multiple wears the leather has lost all its support. I no longer wear them. :(

The boot is very loose around the ankle and my foot lifts quite a bit when I'm walking. I don't like this style of the loose ankle, they feel like pirate boots to me, or like something I wore in the 90s. I don't care for the two materials either but that's personal preference, not the shoe's fault.

One shoe felt like it might have been stretched and the other was tight. I was disappointed that Naot no longer does the leather lined footbed in all of their shoes. Maybe that reduced the arch support as well. And the boot itself is fabric lined rather than leather. I can get that quality in much cheaper brands.

These boots are very narrow. Several other reviewers said they found these comfortable with bunions so I expected the width to be on the looser side. I do not have bunions, my feed are normal width and I could barely get these on.

While these are great looking shoes, because they are patent they will fit snugly. My issue here is that the ankle opening is very narrow. Not a problem with the (9!) other boots I tried. If you have ankles on the slimmer side, they'd probably be fine.

Beautiful shoe but I could barely get my foot inside. Had to return. I wear size 12 so couldn't go up a size, sadly.

Problem for me was that the tongue rubbed on the front of my ankle. Just hit me at the wrong place. Cute shoe, but not for me.
