Okay I have NARROW heels, feet of different sizes, arthritis.. and on and on. So I love Naot as they run narrow and have been up until this year very consistent in length. I can fit the larger foot without the smaller one floating. I choose this clog because it had per the description "adjustable buckle". THERE IS NO ADJUSTABLE BUCKLE . There is a strap with velcro that the buckle portion is mounted that you can pull over to tighten. But I have to come to hate the velcro on Naots. It doesn't hold after a while. It is visible if you need to make adjustments often as the Velcro seems to get nubby and stands up taller. It never feels secure. Add to that this one is longer than any other Naot of the same size. Why? I have no idea, but my smaller foot is floating and there is no way I can wear these on my smaller foot. I am so aggravated with Naot, who I typically love. Practically every shoe I have purchased from them has been sent back. The last clogs (purchased elsewhere) in this exact size were too narrow & too short. Naot needs to get their act together so there isn't these huge variances. Zappos needs to write a better description. If you had an adjustable buckle......well I think most of us will think the buckle adjusts, right? Just thoroughly aggravated. I have a 100.00 gift card from here that I wish I had never gotten as a gift. It seems everything I order doesn't fit, isn't as described, etc. etc etc.

The fit did not suit my feet, it was wider than I preferred. I liked the color but did not like how the shoes looked on my feet.

Great shoe but if you are looking for some arch support, this is not your shoe.

They are really cute, but they have an unexpected lump in the middle of the sole that is not the arch support. Makes them feel really funny when wearing. Also the finish is very poor - the suede on the sole is just cut around the back end - not finished. And the very front of one of the shoes was cut poorly.

This shoe runs large and looks large. I had to return.
