I love these shoes but the stiff tongue cut into my instep and I knew that would be forever annoying so I had to return them. Loved the blue.

While I kept the shoes, I almost wished I hadn't. The laces cannot be tightened so for those of us with even slightly narrow feet, they won't work without socks of some thickness or more. I like the tread, the comfortable memory foam and the look. I am going to call Jambu to see if they have ideas about the so-called laces. This happened with another Jambu but I was able to discard the elastic laces and put in proper ones so they could be adjusted. However, if you have medium to wide feet, these are nice casual shoes. Don't plan to walk miles in them but they are fine for casual outings. I did want them to be a bit more supportive so will continue to look.

I really liked the style. However, I felt these would be a little more comfortable given that they were not inexpensive shoes. But the biggest complaint is that I wore these for less than 3 months and the material began to break down, crack, and peal from the shoe and they looked like shoes I might have had for several years.

I have not worn these shoes for an extended period of time yet, so that will be the ultimate test. I have had surgery on my right foot so I decided to go with the wide. It feels so comfortable not to have my toes cramped up after being on my feet for a while. They are also wide and large enough that I can put my arch supports in as needed.

I have purchased many different shoes from this company over the last 10 years because they fit my foot well. Medium size 8/38. This style has moderate arch support, but also more flexible, compared to some of their other shoes which are a more supportive that I use for work. I picked them to be more flexible for light intensity kinds of activities. Comfortable for a neighborhood walk on pavement, grass, and pebbles/sand, or a lighter hike on more even and firm ground. I wouldn't wear them on an rocky or muddy or steep terrain hike. I have worn them with tennis socks and full thickness hiking socks, and that just determines how tight/supportive they will feel for the activity. Stylish and comfortable, lightweight. Happy to get a vegan product. They are shoes I will wear a lot for non-work activities.

Needed comfortable shoes to do some site visits for my work -- definitely felt secure on uneven ground and the thick soles made me feel protected from nails and rocks. I usually wear 8 1/2 or 9 -- 8 1/2 fit well. Wore them all day and was happy to put them back on the next day! Comfy and I like that it is vegan material.

This is a real nice shoe, but it is cut small.

Love the shoe...had to order one size larger. Very comfortable and cute looking.

Great looking, and a great fit. Very comfortable. To make it a top class product, sole could be a little bit thicker, and the arch support a bit more pronounced, as you have in some other athletic shoes in the price range., All in all, I am very happy with them, and bought already another Jambu style.

My 14 year old daughter is very picky about her shoes. In fact she only owns 1 pair, because she can't find anything else she likes. After another brand of beloved tennis shoes wore out, I found her these. I scored 100%. She loves them. We just took a trip to Europe and were walking 18,000 to 25,000 steps a day and they held up beautifully. Her foot is a little wider, so the style was good. My foot is more narrow, so I couldn't find a long enough shoe that wasn't too wide -- otherwise, I loved them too.

Love these shoes! Tons of compliments and very comfy. Order a half size down than usual. Still feels a little loose but comfortable and no worries about coming off. Wear them all the time. Too bad summer is coming, will have to put them away for awhile.

Jambu brand was recommended to me for metatarsil (ball of foot) pain. True, the cushioning on the foot bed is great, but the design of the shoe gets too tight at the top of the toe. It mashes my toe nails, even tho I have well-manicured toenails, and I don't have fat or large toes. Sounds funny to say that, but the shoe design squeezes down at the top end. Very uncomfortable to walk in. This problem will not be solved with a 1/2 size larger, and the width was perfect. The size is correct but the design is not. I ordered 3 different styles of Jambu, and found this was the case in all 3.

Very happy with these shoes. Attractive, comfortable, enough support for long walks.....and cruelty free!

I really love these shoes! They are so comfortable. They do seem to run small though. I originally ordered them in size 9 which is the normal size I wear, but had to return them and get a size 10. They fit perfect now.

I just bought my 4th pair of Jambu Spirit-Vegan. Needless to say, I love these shoes. The best thing is the generous toe box! These shoes accommodate my weird little square toes without heal slippage! The foot bed is nicely cushioned. The shoe is wider than marked which for me is good. I'm between a regular and wide width.

Fit great. Comfortable for hours on your feet. Highly recommend

These shoes feel like slippers to me, but with a good sole. It took awhile to get used to the feel of the memory foam footbed, but now I love it. I am between and 8.5 and 9 American shoe size, and chose the size 9, which is works out for me because I like a little length in the toe box. The width is just fine.

Very cute but just will not work for me

These were for my 12 year old daughter. She loves the memory foam footbed and keeps talking about how comfortable they are. She likes shoes with no laces that are easy to get on and off - so these are great for that as well.

These are INCREDIBLY comfortable right off the bat! No rubbing or breaking in. I am so impressed with the quality and look of these! I absolutely love that they are vegan. I will be purchasing more from this brand for sure!

Really like this shoe. Good color and stylish

I am all about comfy shoes that are cute. These fit the bill perfectly. I got gray/pink, which looks exactly as pictured, maybe even nicer in person. I run between 8.5 and 9, and tried both. The 9 was the better fit, although I think it's a little wider than usual. The shoe is very comfortable, lightweight and well cushioned. Price tag is admittedly steep, but I think it's worth it because of how comfy and nice looking the shoe is. I've worn them several times and I am certain these will be my go-to spring shoes. Good with leggings or a-shirt dress. The only minor concern is that they are held closed by a velcro strap. Should that strap stop sticking well, these will become too wide. So far, there is no indication that the strap will be a problem. So, I am very happy with these!

4.5 stars. I really dislike the look of standard bulky athletic shoes, so I have not owned any in years (decades actually). These cuties from Jambu made me feel differently - they have athletic styling but are much more attractive IMO! I ordered a half-size larger than my usual 7, since I know from other Jambus that they run a bit small. * Love the neutral grey with the soft pink accents. * Love the ease of a slip-on, esp. with loops for grip. * Love that they are vegan, since the animal cruelty in the meat and leather trades is atrocious. These are very lightweight, almost like a slipper. The only minor downside is that the top is cut high enough to rub my ankle bone a little bit. I have not worn them for long periods of time yet, but may need to get higher-cut peds for protection from rubbing. As others have noted, the elastic looping is not adjustable. (This did not cause a problem for me.)
