Daily wearer. Replaced being in a beanie all winter

Just kept me warm in downtown Chicago during the Polar Vortex!

Great cap for cold weather low activity , or extreme cold. My Father and My Son had to have so I ordered two more.

As a woman with a big head, I love that OR sells this cap in lots of fabrics and specific sizes (sorry, "one-size-fits-most" doesn't usually fit my cabeza grande). I got this in Large and it is a perfect fit. My partner has the same cap, different fabric, in an Extra-Large, and although he complains that the ear flaps don't lay down enough to provide wind protection, I have not that problem - but I did immediately unbutton the flaps and have been wearing it with the flaps down flat against my ears. I got the Earth/Cafe color, which is a nice medium/dark brown tweed.

My twin daughters love the hats, hugely stylish and warm. Love the OR designs that are functional but pass muster with the fashion police as well.

The fit is great, very comfortable. My job is physical and sometimes the cap is almost too warm. Definitely recommend it.

I bought this hat for my husband, and he loves it. It's a great shoulder-season cap - not overly warm, but perfect for those cool fall and spring days. It's comfortable, and it looks great, too! We've had some very rainy days as well as some very sunny days this fall, and it's provided great protection against both.

Best use is the dog park when it's cold and I don't want a full knit cap

This is a great all-around winter hat. It's stylish for around town and when the snow starts flying the fleece flaps help to take the chilly edge off my ears.

I really like this hat for very cold days (down to the teens, Fahrenheit) taking the dog for a walk...the ear flaps are a little short for REALLY bitter cold...single digit or windy days, leaving the bottom of my ear lobes exposed. But too make the ear flaps longer would change the appearance with the flaps up too, and at that point, one should really choose a different option anyway

Dope hat

I love this hat - not only for the style but for the functionality. It is the perfect topper for chilly trips to the mailbox or the food market - especially for those of us with no hair. I haven't had the opportunity to use the ear flaps but that is not why I bought this lid. However if I ever get in a situation where I need the flaps I am sure they will serve their purpose well. Coincidentally, shortly after receiving the hat the current snow drought ended as the skies opened up and released many inches of new pow. I also got "that look" from my wife of several decades and have noticed random women of all ages glancing at me as I strut down the street. I may have shed a few pounds as well. Great hat with magical properties from a great company.

I have a big melon, I can always rely on the large OR hats fitting. Love how the brim can fold flat for storage in a pack.
