I took this backpacking with me for the cold nights. It was nice not to have to retreat to the tent early because my hands are too cold to hang out. The closure is very nice so the mittens don't get lost. Enough dexterity to assemble a tent, but thick enough where you get good warmth.

I have thick fingers (size 8.5 ring) yet the medium fit perfectly! Sensor tips work super well, and the grip is great for driving. Highly recommend.

Bought these for my wife as a gift after purchasing a pair for myself. I bought them and used them for a week and decided that she had to have a pair too. These gloves are not ski gloves. I wouldn't use them as a Nordic or down hill glove. They are a wonderful every day around town or on the woods glove. Stuff them in your pocket or glovebox to have around when you need a warm and comfortable glove. They would not be a great liner in most shells unless you are using a mitt as they are nice and thick. It tough to fit my wife. She has big hands and we often have to buy a men's glove. The problem with that is when we buy a glove with enough volume, the fingers are too long. Not a problem in the woman's large. The glove is very stretchy and forgiving for a great fit for all. The 43% wool material is so fluffy and comfortable, you can tell that the glove is wool but they are not scratchy or itchy at all. The little loop of durable cord at the cuff of the glove is ingenious. Just hold it with your other hand and slide right in. The quality is top notch. The materials, workmanship, finish and fit are way better than competitors. Earlier in the year I bought her a pair of TNF gloves that cost ten bucks more than the OR flurry. I'll try to add some pictures for side by side comparison but suffice it to say the OR is a superior product in every way. I can't say enough about them and we both love them so much we will get a pair for our daughter. I'd ask that you be reasonable with your expectations for a glove in this price range. You're not going to get a vote Tex ski glove but you will get the best glove available on the market for this price. Buy em. You'll love them or Outdoor Research will make it right, no problem!

I have the hardest time finding gloves that fit me well. I have an average size hand, but the fingers are always too long; my nails are very short so I don't need that kind of room. Other than the little (pinky) finger, which is still a little long, the rest of the fingers are perfect length. I guess this company has figured out that active people are not "glamour girls", and we don't need gloves with extra length for long finger nails.
They are very comfortable gloves. I won't be needing to wear them a couple more months yet since it's still pretty warm here in MI, but the other reviewers seem to think they are fairly warm. The tag on the card that holds the gloves says 25/40 degrees F, and -4/4 degrees C. I assume that means the gloves are useful for the temperatures between those degrees.

These gloves are warm and well-constructed. The touchscreen-compatible material works very well with my smart phone. The grippy texture is a very helpful feature. My only complaints are (1) the inside seams can be a little scratchy and (2) they do attract lint and pet fur.

They are good for walking my dog in the morning (20-30 degrees). Not as warm as I was expecting for the price and being wool. I haven't had luck using the touch sensitive fingers with my cell phone but I didn't really have high expectations for that. The grips on the gloves are nice.

I absolutely love these gloves. They are just the right size and keep my hands nice and toasty. I can drive due to the grip and use my phone while wearing them. Great product! Will be buying another pair for my daughter.

I've wanted a pair because they look super warm for awhile. This year I finally bought them and am happy with the purchase overall. They are not as warm as I had hoped but good for hiking on a cold, snowy day. The material has pilled rather quickly for which I'm knocking them down one star.

Although the gloves seem true to size, some lengths are not consistent with the lengths of the fingers. The heart and small fingers are too long; besides, the width of most of the fingers is too large. Overall, the design of the gloves is lacking. You have the sensation that they are getting out of the hands, so you feel like pulling them in all the time; they don't seat in the hands properly.

Might be ok if you wear gloves in 40 degree weather (I don't!) but when you actually need them in 30's these absolutely suck. Air goes right through them. Like wearing no gloves at all. Even at discount prices, the cost is too high.

I spent hours searching through reviews for the best touch screen friendly gloves that are actually warm and finally landed on giving these a try. I work outside often and need to be able to type messages quickly on the go. Just texted these out in pretty cold and windy weather (overnight!) and these held up super well. Just the right amount of thickness to stay warm but not bulky. Typing was extremely easy!

These gloves fit perfectly.
I especially like the “pull on” tabs that enable nice firm fit.
Nicest gloves I’ve had in a long time.
My hands are large…the large size is perfect.

I've used these gloves for years. They are warm and allow full finger mobility. The gripper surface on the palms is great and the sensor finger has improved over time (since the first pair I bought) and now works great. I like these so much I have purchased them for others.
