I use these shoes for workout classes at my gym, which can involve jumping and lateral movements. I love how these shoes have a low drop, allowing me to feel the ground better, and provide great side support for lateral movements. Don't expect these shoes to be cushy, but they are still comfortable. My regular shoe size is 8.5, but I've found Reebok size 8 fits me better and these shoes are consistent with that.

Great athletic shoe for anyone who does more jumping and lifting then running. You can tell it's not a running shoe as soon as you start running in it. I'd recommend it for anyone who does Crossfit, HIIT or bootcamp style classes.
I was getting shin splints from my old workout shoes (which were styled for running), as soon as I started wearing these to the gym my shin splints did not flare up as much anymore. It also helps a lot if you buy a good athletic sole insert too.
Keep in mind, Reebok was one of the first to design athletic shoes for Aerobics. So they definitely know how to make a shoe that'll fit more of the jumping around, stationary lifting type of athlete.

I really like these shoes. They have a great look, very comfortable, flat enough to do some lifting, but cushy enough to run in. They're a perfect all around shoe. I have several pairs of shoes I use for crossfit and these are my favorites so far.

Daughter wanted a shoe for crossfit and lifting but not a true minimalist. This was a good in between.

I have only owned these for a couple of weeks, but I am very pleased with the way they fit and the comfort. I use them for working out and they are stable for my foot when doing side to side moves and my foot does not slip. They are comfortable and seem to have a good amount of cushioning. This is the first pair of Reebok's I have owned and will definitely buy more in the future.
I'd also recommend:

I LOVE THESE SHOES! They fit like a glove! It's like a minimal fitting shoe such as a MERRELL Barefoot shoe but with a wider stabilizing bottom and firmer protection/material around the foot, heel, and toe. --- I wear them for cross-training/HIIT/circuit and light weight training, low impact only. They aren't boxy like typical walking shoes. I never realized the importance of the right shoe for the right activity and these are perfect for my current workouts AND walking. I've read they aren't the best for long distance running but they are perfect otherwise. ----- I've never worn a better, more comfortable fitting "tennis shoe"! I highly recommend them for someone with my similar foot type. They did rub up against my right ankle the first 2 times I wore them but to be fair, I have boney feet. I didn't have any problem after that. - No doubt would recommend these shoes!

Finally found my new favorite CrossFit shoes! I really disliked the Reebok Nano's and I couldn't see buying another pair. These trainers are great for everything! The only reason I give the comfort only four stars is because the heel portion of the shoe comes up a little high and it was a touch annoying at first. Seems better after wearing them a lot.

I am a P90X person and these shoes are perfect for all the movements in the videos. I have struggled to find something that feels great and stays put, but these are just what I needed.

Great shoe. Stiff on the first wear, but broke in quickly. Lots of room. Not a ton of arch support, but enough.

This is the third pair of Crossfits; although comfortable, the toe broke through the fabric in the other two pairs. I'm happy to see that these have a reinforced toe. The color is amazing and gets compliments galore. HOT!

This is a great CrossFit shoe. It gives enough support, but also has give to it that a lot of CrossFit shoes do not have. It is also super cute.

I have been doing crossfit for a little over 3 months now. ive been using both of my brooks shoes this whole time. One of them was great because it had a nice flat stable surface, but was heavy and in the end the grips ripped off on the side. my other pair of brooks are running shoes so i liked that it was lightweight, but it was bad for lifting since it didnt have a flat bottom and was super squishy to cushion for running.
after destroying my first pair of brooks, i decided to finally give in and get actual crossfit shoes. these were a nice price point and the reviews seemed fair. some people said it hasnt held up against the rower, but mine have been fine so far... idk maybe they need to open up the straps more when getting off during a wod or tighten them during.
these make a huge difference, especially with snatches and cleans. i notice a clear difference and a stronger stance (and not feeling and looking like an uncoordinated idiot). they are still light weight, but keep in mind these are made for crossfit. they arent meant for long distance running now. they arent meant to be super padded either, so if you are looking for something with a little more then you should probably try a different shoe. if you are looking for a good crossfit shoe, these are awesome :)! love them.
my feet also run wide, so these were perfect. i noticed some people mention the toe box is big but its better considering some of the wods.. sometimes you really need that extra space.

This was my first pair of Reebok trainers and being new to crossfit as well. They work perfectly and are comfortable. I wouldn't run distance in them but they seem great for trainers.

First off the stars I rated these shoes are based on the first pair I received before exchanging them. I wrote a review earlier when I initially received these about how I loved them but they fit kinda strange in the toe box. -- I had ordered my size according to the size chart on Reebok's site.. a size 7.5 but seems they were too big. So I exchanged them for a 7. ---- NOW I LOVE THEM! Omg, the fit like a glove... unlike any other exercise shoe I've owned in the past. I've always bought "walking" shoes which are boxier not knowing different shoes work better for different activities. This time I decided to research the best cross-training shoes of 2016 because I'm more into weight training/circuit training/HIIT and less into cardio alone. These shoes rated in the top 3 or so.---- The first couple of times I wore them they did slightly rub up up against the inside right ankle but I have boney feet to be fair. I didn't notice it one bit after that. Course, I did invest in some good socks so that could have helped as well. - Anyway, now that I've owned them for a couple of weeks, wearing them almost daily I can honestly say they are the best tennis shoes I've ever owned! And have been VERY pleasantly surprised that walking in them is just as comfortable as cross-training! --- And of course since I'm a sucker for pink I fell in love with the color as well. <3 <3 -- I highly recommend these for people with feet similar to mine... slim, med width, thin, typically averaging a size 7.5. That's why I rated them to feel half size larger than marked since the size 7 fit me perfectly. (I was going to add pics but seems there's no option to do so. If I find one I'll add them later.)

I LOVE THESE SHOES! Now, I have one issue though. There seems to be a LOT of space around the toe area resulting in what feels like extra material when I stand on or bend my toes. My big toe has a thumb press space between it and the end of the shoe which is how shoes are supposed to fit. And Reebok's official chart measurements for shoe sizes coincide with the size I ordered. So I'm just confused to maybe they are meant to have all that extra room? The rest of the shoe fits like a glove/perfectly. Maybe it's just something I have to get used to. --- Other than that bit of confusion I absolutely love their fit, comfort, and look!

I was very excited about trying these but I was disappointed. They are way too narrow for my foot and I thought there should be at least a little more support.

I love these shoes! I have been doing crossfit for a couple years, but have been unwilling to move from a running shoe because of the comfort. I finally did it and couldn't be happier. I continue to get "I love your shoes!" comments. The first time I wore them I wasn't convinced, but the more I wear them the more they are molding to my feet. I extremely happy with my purchase and have noticed a stability difference (for the better) in my new shoes vs the old running shoes.

Runner by trade and relatively new to crossfit, I was looking for a shoe that would offer support during weightlifting without crushing the cushioning in my running shoes. These do exactly that. I keep my running shoes on hand for run-heavy and/or non-weightlifting WODs because I still prefer to workout in running shoes if I can (thus, 4/5 stars for comfort). I have narrow feet and usually wear an 8.5 running shoe. I bought these in an 8.5 and they fit great - plenty of room in the toe box without my feet slipping side to side.

Really love this shoe. I have medium width feet, 8.5 and these ran true to size - plenty wide in the toe. Style is exactly as seen in pic. Mesh keeps feet cool. The only critique is that socks are a must as the top edge of the sneaker rubs against the lower part of my ankles on both sides.

Seems like they would be great shoes for someone with average width feet. I have wide feet and have always worn crossfit nano's (favorite is 2.0) with no problem, but these were a bit narrower.

I haven't worn Reebok for years, but am really happy with this shoe. It is well made, and the top mesh is very breathable - keeping me cooler during workouts. The lower heel is better for my workouts - mostly weight training with some cardio mixed in.
