Recommend sizing up 1/2 to a full size. I've never owned a pair of Uggs before because I felt they would be too bulky for my frame. I have narrow feet & small ankles. I thought I would give the "Michelle" a try due to the slim fit. I am a standard size 8 in most shoes. Although some of the reviews commented on the boots fitting small, I ordered my usual size because of my narrow feet. Shipping was amazingly fast! I was surprised that the boots arrived the day after I ordered them. The boots were what I expected, slim fitting & the foot bed extremely comfortable, however, my big toe pressed against the end of the shoe. I wasn't sure if they would stretch over time, & I didn't want to take that chance, so I decided to exchange for a 1/2 to full size larger. Unfortunately, they were sold out in both the 8 1/2 & 9 sizes. Very cute casual, comfortable boot.

Love the boots! However, they run a whole size smaller...hence, the slim fit! Have to return for bigger size :(

This boot is very stylish. It looks great and I love the fact that is has arch support. However, the boot is too narrow for me. I am a women's size 7 and have wide feet. The Classic UGGs fit me great and that is the size I have in those. I wanted another pair in grey but found these on sale and thought I would venture out and try something new. I listened to their recommendation and ordered a half size bigger 7.5. When I put them on my feet were scrunched and I knew even if I ordered an 8 that the it was too narrow for me. I was also disappointed that the leg of the boot really didn't have much fur like The Classic does. Now I love UGG, their a really great company with top end boots. So I am not mad about this. I think the boot is a great style for those who have narrow feet and it is a wonderful quality. I will just have to stick with buying The Classics which have more room for us wide-feet folks to fit into :)

I live in Colorado where it get to be 40 below and my feet are very sensitive to the cold. These are the only boots that I have ever found that KEEP MY FEET WARM! Now I just wish I could find gloves that would do the same for my hands!

I really liked this different style of Uggs, I was never a fan of the boxy boot looking original style. This was a welcome change, with a more fitted boot and stylish shape. Overall a great purchase, would recommend!

These boots are great. They have a slim fit so order true to size. That they are a slim fit you might be able to go up a 1/2 size. I like the fit because they look more stylish to wear with dresses.

I have always wanted Ugg boots, but the bulk style always bother me. The new classic are perfect and they allow you to build a casual and nice look ( In the website, you have some ideas to style your boots). The boots fits true to size, but because is a sleek version of the classic ugg boots, you will feel it a little snugle. That did not bother me, so if you prefer a classic fit, try order a size up.

These boots are great! When they first arrived, I was a little concerned that the left foot was a bit snug, but it's loosened up with a little bit of wear. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase!

i purchased this $$$ boot due to a change in Uggs styling. The change is wonderful for me. I have long narrow feet & thin calves. This boot conforms to my feet & calves much better, But not perfectly.. i wear size 9 & purchased size 9. length & fit around my lower leg was perfect BUT had to purchase ugg insole to obtain a more snug fit. Now I am enjoying these boots.

You need to integrate better online service as well as customer service placed 5 orders for holidays and had to call customer service 3 times and wait over 35 min for an answer ..... Your international billing -purchasing is not a feature and you can't reset your password on your logging in account ... Poor website ,,,,, I would recommend to a friend but telling them to go to the store even thou today for me its a hassle ... I'm an online shopper /person ...

These boots arrived just a couple of days after ordering online. I ordered the gray Michelle boots and they are beautiful- the styling, details and construction seem better than the classic Uggs, although my pair of classic leather boots have lasted well for about 4 years. The fit is true to size. My foot is medium width and that worked well, also liked that it has a bit of arch support compared to the classic. In my case the problem was that my foot has a slightly higher instep than fits in this boot. So it's tight across the top-unfortunately, I will have to return these. The sheepskin upper on this boot is wonderfully soft and comfortable, as I expect from Uggs. However, the insole is now made of a wool product, and I was surprised that I felt the difference right away. It just doesn't feel as soft and cozy as the sheepskin insole that was used in the past. I wish they hadn't made that change.

These are a nice polished version of the original classic. The insole gives significantly more support then it's predecessor. I hope the overall slim styling of the toebox holds up over wear. Be forewarned, these feel more narrow so those with bunion or toe issues may feel it a bit more in this shoe.

These boots are beautiful but the top is very narrow, my foot barely got in. Exchanging for the classic short since they have a little more give. These boots would be better with someone with a more narrow foot, and smaller ankle

I normally wear a 10 in Uggs but tried the more sleek design and must say these are so flattering but a big snug and short. I'll keep them and hope they stretch a bit. If so, I'll order another color as I like them that much.
