I really like these shoes great for weightlifting and training but I wear them as an everyday shoe as well. They do have flat bottoms definitely not as much cushion as a running shoe but I don't mind running in them at all.

My husband wanted flat trainers for lifting and other exercises. These fit the bill every time. A great go-to and don't look like typical "dad shoes" so if he wears them in public it's ok with me.

These shoes are sick. I own a gym and training is my life. I've been looking for an alternative to my Nike Metcons. I also didn't want to spend as much on the Reebok Nanos. I decided to try these out. They are also wider than the Nanos. These are perfect training shoes. Arch support, ankle stability, grip...these shoes have it all. They even have tread on them to assist with rope climbing. If you're looking for an awesome training shoe and don't want to spend $130 on some Metcons or Nanos check these out!
I'd also recommend:

Excellent shoe. Fit true to size with minimal support, exactly what I wanted.

These shoes offer me just enough support without being too cushy. This helps when I jump from treadmill to the weight room and back again. They are very stable and work well through a variety of floor exercises. I am a bigger dude at about 225 lbs. I have a wider foot and simply went half a size up with no issues.

Let me start with these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. They took a little getting used to since I usually wear running shoes and they have move heel cushion. But I went with these for strictly gym activities but they've become everyday shoes. The toe box is amazing. Normally I feel like my pinky toe is smashed against the next one but these shoes give plenty of space. I wear a 10.5 in shoes and boots and these are true to size. I really wanted the white, red, and black pair but it wasn't in my size. The black, white, and blue were my next pick and once I got them I actually liked them a little more.

I have worn Inov-8, Reebok, and Nikes and these are by far my favorite. Wanted something a bit more flexible but with good soles and support. Reebok nailed it. My new favorites.

Needed to update my crossfit shoes, our programming seemed to be adding in runs regularly and my current trainers were too flat. These have been great to use straight from a run to a lift and then back again, which is what I was wanting.

I wear size nine women's, so I ordered size seven in men's. I needed a flat, sturdy bottom, wider shoe to fit my orthotics. I'm on my feet on cement floors all day, so with orthotics for planter fasciitis, this shoe delivers. I also want to add that Zappos is an awesome company with excellent customer service.

Less than a month of moderate the tops of the shoes are starting to separate across the toe sections where it creases from natural walking and running. Won't buy these again.

I've been wearing these for CrossFit for a little over three months. They weren't very comfortable from the start. One shoe feels much different from the other - which isn't a problem I have with shoes; my feet are mostly symmetrical. I thought they might break in. They didn't. They hurt my feet and I'm going to look for different shoes (that aren't this brand). Do your feet a favor - skip these. Oh, but they look pretty cool.
