The toe box seemed pretty small and the straps too tight -- it could be the shape of my foot and my higher arch -- but these just didn't fit comfortably! I'm disappointed!

This is my first pair of Clarks shoes, they are very cute but unfortunately way too tight! I normally wear a 9.5-10 med, I ordered a 9.5 med and can barely close the Velcro strap. I would like to exchange for a 10W but they are out of stock. Needless to say I have to return these shoes

I am exchanging this 9M to a 9W. The shoe is really cute and made well. I can see this shoe matching all sorts of outfits, from shorts, pants, skirts and casual dresses. I feel like the shoe is really narrow and one should order a width size bigger than normal. Otherwise, looking forward to the new pair arriving tomorrow. I do have to say customer service is top notch.

I neither love or hate these clarks. They are quite ridged so they're not a go to shoe for me. There are other clarks I like much better.

Nice shoe with good arch support, but the shoe felt tight across the top - despite the adjustable strap.

It was true to size

THE SHOES DON'T MATCH IN SIZE, I saw it in other reviews, presumed they had slightly different sized feet, but no, it's a problem. The biggest issue is the cutout at the "buckle" & the closure itself: the location squeezes your foot into the cutout making it look swollen, but I have very bony feet, no swelling at all. The closure is a tiny little piece of hook&loop & is only for show, there is zero adjustment ability. The toe is very round and snug, yet the back of the right shoe was flipping on and off my heel, just the right one. They are not uniform. The leather at the back of the shoe is very tough, but I only tried them on, it may have softened with wear. These look HORRIBLE with socks, I like to wear thin socks with this type of shoe. They wrinkle up & get twisted, looking awful with all the cutouts. Overall appearance felt very geriatric to me.

Have to return. Can walk right out of them.

I wear wide shoes and they are difficult to find. These shoes, however, were too wide.

Nice style, but the left shoe was turned inward and was apparently sewn that way. Had to return.

The fit was too small, the straps over the arch was too tight. I wear a lift in my right shoe. Even without the lift just too tight. I liked the style but too uncomfortable!

Definitely not narrow enough! The top of the shoe stands up off of my foot.

Too large, even with foot pads. Heel slides up and down when walking.

They were narrower than I expected. They seem to be of good quality. I thought they would have less coverage on the top. They looked really cute in the picture. Sadly I thought they looked clunky when they came out of the box. I will be returning them.

Fit wasn't quite right & they squeaked. Had to return.

The shoe was so loose that I honestly cannot imagine anyone with a medium wide foot keeping this on. It was also one of the ugliest shoes on that I have ever seen - the picture did not represent the image of the shoe on. Absolutely no support, cushioning, or redeeming qualities.

Clarks, If you are reading this you should know many of your customers feel this way: Your sizing is all over the map. There is no way to predict that you are ordering the correct size even based on past purchases. Your quality is great but the inconvenience of returning shoes that should have fit is a big PITA.

wish they would come in a double wide.

Fit good but fit high top of my arch which might be the reason for the sharp pain on the pad of my my after wearing them 2 hours.

Defintely "old lady" shoes, did not like style. They were comfortable. Returned.

Cute shoes, true to size for my narrow feet, but the cross pieces on top were very stiff and cut into my foot. I only keep shoes that comfortable from the get-go.

These shoes are so promising. The size (8 wide) was true and they seem like a quality shoe. And even though they are comfortable, the style just wasn't for me.
