Ordered narrow width, these didn't fit like a narrow, too wide. Not as good quality I usually get from Clarks shoes.

I really wanted these shoes to work, but the right shoe was very loose. There is an elastic strap and a button. I think the strap is too long. My foot swam around in both shoes, but especially the right shoe. You can visibly see the difference.

I normally wear a size 39/40 European or 9 US and these shoes were ENORMOUS!! I could have gone down at least half a size and more likely a full size. My recommendation: order down!

I have ordered thes shoes before, but the sizing has changed. They were too small

This was my second pair of this shoe. I wore out the first pair they were so comfortable, but the second pair, same size felt significantly smaller. I can’t even wear them to break them in they press on my toes as if they were a half size too small.

Very nice shoe. However, the sole had no grip to it and felt like I could slide on hard indoor surfaces. I returned it.

Not a narrow shoe. Too bad that Clarks is leaving their focus on excellent narrow shoes behind. Sending this too wide shoe back.

I ordered the Clarks Ashland Lane Q in Size:8.5 Width:EE - Extra Wide The width was great but the length was too long. I am returning to try a different size. Was unable to assess comfort since shoe was too big.

This is my third pair of this style from Clark's. I have very wide feet with a super high arch and have a very hard time finding shoes. This style is not terribly attractive, but at least it comes in WW and fits. My two previous pairs were very comfortable and I could walk all day in them. I am very disappointed with this pair since it is painfully obvious (to my feet) that Clark's has gone to a new and cheaper manufacturer. I'm guessing China. The foot bed is not the same. I wore these just one day during which I shopped on a concrete surface for just an hour. The so called arch support was hitting me in the wrong place and was very rigid. Painful. When I got home I felt the arch support and it is now made out of some solid and unpadded material! Nothing like my other pairs which I still have. I'm going to try these once more, but it's most likely they will be going back. So disappointing to see Clarks quality gone.

These are unattractive shoes and are huge. I don't like the pebbled look.

Width felt a bit narrower than marked, but the biggest disappointment was the arch clearance. I have very high arches and couldn't get the shoes closed without cutting off my circulation.

These shoes were defective. The insole is too long for the shoe and bunches up at the end. I ordered four pairs of different types of the Ashland shoes and three out of four had this problem. I've been wearing Clarks for years and am stunned at the poor quality control.

I've been really disappointed with this purchase. After three wearings, the toes and heels are losing color. With each wearing, they have stretched bigger and bigger - now with my thickest socks they are loose. If they weren't so big now, they would have been comfortable. There's no returning them, so will just have to donate them. Used to buy a lot of Clarks because they offered narrow widths. My last two purchases have been disappointing, so I'm not a fan any more.

If you have a high instep the top will not close properly and looks defective (but isn't) , otherwise it is a very comfortable shoe. Going back

These fit true to size, a 7W for me. Good to go straight from the box. Great with jeans.

I purchased these shoes for my sister. They fit her perfectly. They are everything I expect from Clarks; strong, cute, and comfortable. I would certainly buy these again.

The fit in with were true to size. They feel very comfortable on your feet. They were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I got them. She has been wearing them for years. I got them at a fabulous sale price as well. I highly recommend them.

Loved these shoes, but due to a handicap, I cannot get left shoe on over heel and have already sized up. I need a slip on shoe. Was so hoping these might work

The shoe fits well and feels great even after a long day. The quality of the shoe is excellent.

A perfect shoe. Have 6 pairs in closet.

On my fourth or fifth pair of these! Only problem has been that the button gets caught on things and pops off too easily.
