I love Clarks shoes and had owned a similar shoe of theirs in another color prior, so ordered this one, but the elastic that attaches to the two buttons quickly stretched out and doesn't hold the shoe in place well. I still wear them and like them, but would not purchase this style again.

Poor shoe, too big, slips, souls are hard on your feet

Was trying to match shoes to an outfit; the color and style of this shoe didn't work. The shoe itself was fine, but not right for what I needed. Also, it was wider than expected.

Did not feel correct

They were to big and I returned them.

These shoes are uncomfortable if you stand long periods of time, highly disappointed

need more arch support. Not to stylish.

Disappointed. Liked the style but they were much wider than a narrow shoe should be. Even with thick socks they would have been too wide.

The Clarks Ashland Lane Q was comfortable when I tried it on. Unfortunately, it was too wide in the center of the shoe and the heel. I could have lived with it being too wide in the center but the width of the heel made my heel slip.

Much larger than a size 9. Definitely go smaller. Also Zappos sent these in a Vans box, so be wary.

I think there was a flaw in this pair - I could feel wrinkles at my toes. Had another pair previously and had no problem with that pair.

I really liked these shoes, however I cant wear them because they are way to large for me.

I normally love this shoe. My last pair is so comfy and I wear them all day...shopping, zoo trips, everywhere. This pair, same size, was so narrow I couldn't wear them. Returned.

Shoes fit the purpose I intended.

I loved the Clark's Un structured line, having worn out 4 pairs over the years. Unfortunately, this was not a good substitute, with a narrower toe box than I need.

These are REALLY cute shoes! I'd seen them on someone else, and they looked like they would be SO comfortable. And they would have been, but they don't accommodate my custom orthotics.

I knew from other reviews that wide would likely mean too large in the heels and that was indeed the case. But Clarks run too narrow in the forefoot so wide was my only option. Forefoot is happy because it isn’t so tight as to cause my foot to go numb above my high arches! And the wider heel cup is OK because they fit more like slides that flop up and down without irritation. My arch supports also means my heel is higher than intended for the shoe. But for me this isn’t an issue with this shoe style.

I've worn Clark's narrow width shoes for years but recently the heels are not tight enough. These shoes were cute-looking but even with an insert my heels slipped right out, so I had to return.

For a 7W, this felt huge, too wide through the heels and a little too long.

Super soft and comfortable right out of the box. I would have liked more arch support. But the style was not right for me.

The shoe was very large around the toes and was too long. I wanted to return it and get a size smaller, but I was afraid the width would be too tight. Your heels lift out of the shoe when you walk.
