Good looking casual shoe, nice leather and detailing. Unfortunately too loose in the heel which I don't normally experience so returning for that reason only.

I am keeping these shoes. The length is true. The heel is a little full but that can happen to me and I will just wear thick socks! The color is a dark navy. I bought these to replace an old pair of Clarks and these are a bit lower cut but that's ok because I have tried shopping at three stores in person and non of them had any low heeled navy shoes.

The shoe looked good and felt good, but it was to big.

Seems a bit large for size. I have problems getting shoes that fit my very wide feet, so I love this shoe.

I have such a wide foot that My options are limited, this fits and has some support so I will use them

This shoe has a softer, lower sole and heel than many of the Clarks I own. I have neuropathy and appreciate the lower drop and being able to feel the surface that I'm walking on.

This is a well made shoe, and very comfortable and supportive, just made larger than Clark's usual size 9. The leather is a nice deep color; good for winter.

My small wide feet (one with a bunion) appreciates how comfortable these shoes are right out of the box. The heel, though, is a tad loose. Not everyone who needs an extra wide shoe has fat feet (mine are actually quite bony), but I'm able to use some heel pads to tighten the heel area. I appreciate Clarks commitment to quality and sizing. Too many of my other shoe brands now claim their narrower shoes are Extra Wide! I'll be a Clarks customer for life.

Great design elements. Given there are free returns on this site get two sizes to try as it seems a wee bit short. Great for wide feet because of the square toe box.

A very comfortable shoe but seems like it may be a bit under on the length.

I bought these to wear indoors only. While wider than my usual shoe size, they are working well.

Sizing was just right but the width was too narrow.

This shoe felt great right out of the box and the pewter color would go with everything! I ordered an 8N and it was perfect in size. BUT, because I ordered another casual shoe at the same time, I compared the look and decided my other choice was a younger look and would go with more of my clothing. I was tempted to keep this one as well because it felt heavenly and narrow shoes are hard to find. My budget made the final choice. I could keep an extra pair of shoes I might not wear as much.

Since I won't wear these for another 2 months I can't tell you.

This is the third pair of Clark’s have bought for my sister. It’s very hard to find extra wide shoes since her car accident. She likes the fix. She received these on Tuesday and word them to the doctor on Thursday. :)

The fit and size were almost perfect. As with other Clark's shoes, even the narrow width slips on my heel, but Dr. Scholl's heel grips solve that problem. The leather is soft and attractive, and the inner lining is also soft and the innersole well padded.

An attractive shoe that runs small and squeezes on your toes a bit. A good shoe to wear to impress; not so great for long walks. I had to order another pair of a similar style because they run small. Still very attractive and a good price so overall happy with the purchase.

Very comfortable shoes! The arch support is especially great since I have a high arch. The leather is sturdy and won’t scuff or tear easily. I have a very similar pair of Clark’s which have worn quite well over the past couple of years. I ordered these a half size larger, because the toe box was a bit tight on my other pair. These fit perfect!

Not really my style, but so comfortable I'm keeping them!

I like the shoe itself- it would be a bit more comfy if the stitched areas weren't so stiff, especially in the toe sections. I'm hoping over time this will soften with age. I usually wear a 7 1/2 wide shoe, but I ended up purchasing one pair 7 xx wide and one pair 7 1/2 xx wide due to the fact I have developed a neuroma and need some extra toe room in left foot. And by later day, my feet swell extremely. These work well, I just need to wear thicker socks with the 7 1/2 size. My only problem I have with both sizes is the heel is a bit too big, so I need to buy some type of thick heel hugger to keep my feet from slipping out when I walk. But the arch is a perfect fit for me and the width works well, and I find them very comfortable so far.

Comfortable and casual, and I agree w/another customer who described this style as feeling almost like a slipper. The shoe actually can be slipped on without loosing the little elastic band around the button - since several reviews have mentioned the button coming off - I might just opt to slide the shoe off and on. And even with sox it feels larger than a 6 1/2, W but fits well at the heel and doesn’t slip, so I’ll keep. I actually saw this style on someone while shopping, asked her what brand, and came right home and ordered from Zappo’s. She also was pleased w/comfort and style. The black could be richer/darker, I’ll put a coat of black polish on them.

Overall too big in width and size.

My kids think these are dorky but I love them. Very comfortable and work well with nice casual outfits. I wear them without socks.

I wear between 7 & 7 1/2 depending on styles. The 7 was too small and the 7 1/2 was too big.....both going back?
