No arch support, too wide.

The shoe fit, but it didn't feel comfortable like slippers should feel. It felt more like a regular shoe that you could wear inside

I will probably have an issue with Keens. The rubber toe guards seem to bother the ends of my toes, even with a pair of socks. The Keens Rose Sandals are a better fit and may be able to wear those.

Too large. Did not exchange because the are support was lacking. They’re a brighter color of blue than shown on the website.

Sizing way off. Stiffener in heel added to discomfort. What are you doing?

Cushy footbed? No. I could feel the tile under the ball of my foot with every step wearing these with the footbed in place. Also, absolutely zero arch support. The style is clunky and the rubber around the top of the toe is not attractive at all though would have been worth getting over that if they delivered on cushion and support, they just do not.

The box said 9.5 but the shoe itself are size 10

Shoes are great but low quality. Elastic started to fail within months.

I am new to Zappos. My first order was the wrong color, the wrong style, the wrong brand, and the wrong size. Doubt I’ll order from you again.
