I am returning these shoes because they are hard and no inner sole

I ordered a 10.5 mens shoe and received a 10.5 womens shoe

Sad to see the quality and fit deteriorate over the past several years.

How do you get your hoof in this shoe? Seriously. Once I squeezed into a half size bigger than I normally order there was no way these were going to loosen up enough. Oh they're so cute and trendy. I wanted to love you Cloudventure. I wanted to keep you so badly. We weren't a match *broken hearted*. Will there be a wide option in the future? If so we may try again...

I would definitely not recommend these for trail running

I was really looking forward to these shoes and was very disappointed. I would not recommend these shoes for trail running, I’ve worn Solomon’s, Brooks, and Keens and I have liked all of those shoes. This shoe was pretty narrow, the high arch support was not helpful, the toe of this shoe is so awkward. Any downhill trial running caused you foot to smash into the top the shoes. Weird part maybe of my foot hurt with the shoe like the heals, my toes, the top of my foot. I just hated these.

Zappos sent me USED SHOES! They were dirty and worn and I am so disappointed. I have been a Zappos customer for many years and this has never happened. They were so dirty I didn't even want to try them on so I can't speak to fit. So disappointed.

Cute shoes but they fell apart after a few months of use. They are also not as supportive and comfortable as I thought they would be. Not worth the high cost.

These shoes were my 5th pair of ON sneakers and they were sub par. The top of the shoe was defective and the material was stretched out looking. Needless to say, I am trying to return and the return has been difficult because of problems on Zappos site. Now they say I have to keep calling back to see when it is fixed bc I was in the middle of the process online. Now the website will know issue a return label. So frustrating especially this time of year!!!

I liked the look of this shoe and it seemed like it would have the right support. Unfortunately, the tongue of the shoes dug right into the front of my ankles, so they had to go right back into the box to be returned. I own other On shoes that fit comfortably, the tongue of this shoe is different in that it is longer and flatter, it doesn't have the typical rounded cushioning at the end.
