This was a gift for my grandson. Vans are his "go to" shoes and has had many styles in this brand. His last style was the same as these but these shoes felt large overall as well as width and not at all the fit of his previous pair. Unfortunately, these will have to be returned.

Had these for a bit over a month and they are ripped. The material is very thin and breaks easily. Disappointed.

Never got the shoes

They were destroyed in a month. They're skate shoes, and are supposed to be tough, but after many kick flip attempts the sole in the front tore and separated from the toe of the shoe. Generally, my son goes through a pair of skate shoes every three months with the same behavior. One month is unacceptable. Nothing against Zappos. They are great. I'll just stay away from Vans moving forward.

Worst Vans I've ever had the displeasure of wearing. Legitimately painful to wear. They are way too narrow and the thick sole along with the elastic tongue make your feet feel like they're being squished from every angle. Where the laces meet the toe area is so stiff it made it painful to walk. Also, the "grey" color on the sides is actually purple. Having worn Vans my entire life, I foolishly took the tag off upon opening them thinking they'd fit like every other pair I've ever owned for the past two decades. So, now being out the ridiculous amount of money these cost for a pair of Vans.. my only satisfaction will come from watching them thrown in the garbage.

Bought these for my 13 yr. old grandson. Had to return shoes twice as insole makes the shoe too small. In a Vans shoe without the cushy insole he wears a 9 1/2. In the Kyle Walker Pro he needs an 11 1/2 even though his foot is narrow.
