They would be better with a zipper, they are very difficult to put on!

These boots are Ok. They have a nice narrow look, but I am returning them because they do not have enough arch support for my feet. I didn't feel like I could wear these comfortably all day. They also looked too masculine for me. They seem neither here or there on current style. Also the grommets are a shade of copper and the laces are two toned. Not quite the right edge on style, that I was hoping for. I ordered true to size and size was fine.

These are great! they are really comfortable and stylish. I have 6 pairs of Timberland boots and am a true 8 in all of them. This style runs just a taaaaad smaller than most (rubbed my heel/ankles for the first 4 days but eventually wore them in). If you plan on wearing anything more than a thin sock, maybe consider ordering half a size up.
