I love the way these boots look and I love that they are waterproof. They are very well made, which you would expect from Chaco. They feel pretty stiff and rub a little weirdly in places on my leg, but I am thinking thicker socks and "breaking them in" will resolve this. Like another reviewer said, the design with the hooks and zipper dont make sense together, you cant really leave them laced fully and just use the zipper to slide on and off, which is disappointing, I have to unlace and unzip to get them off but its not enough of a pain to make me not like the boots. You cant really expect a tight fitting boot to have the ability to slip on and off like a classic Ugg boot for example. Overall, I am very happy with these boots!

Love these!! A little stiff at first but break it nicely. I’m a size 9.5 and they feel true to size with socks. So stylish and cute!! Exactly what I was looking for. I can get the boot on with just unzipping.

I walk a great deal in the cold and snow, and the boots are fantastic! My feet stay warm and dry. They are comfortable and form fitting. I want every color.

I love the look. They are easy to get on and off with the zipper. But they are too narrow for me in the toe bed (at the ball of the foot). Have to send back.

This is a step in the right direction for Chaco boots, back towards a more anatomical, foot-healthy shape. I was happy with the quality of construction and believe these will hold up well to wear. I'm finding the materials are a little stiff in the heel, requiring some break-in, but I'm finding the rest of the boot comfortable. My main design complaint comes from the fact that it's a zip-up boot as well as laced, which allows you to customize the fit of the calf which is great, however, because they used hooks instead of eyelets for the top of the laces, when I unzip the boots the laces often come unhooked. It's a nuisance. But overall I'm quite happy and would like to see other models based on this footprint (not the painfully toe-crowding lasts Chaco has used in its women's boots in recent years).

I so wanted this boot to work! Traded in the red size 9 for a black size 8.5, better fit lengthwise but still pinching on the seams and toebox. Dangit. BTW, the red/brown was nicer, the different colors showed the style off better.

Love the look of this boot, casual and go to for anything. Not particularly comfortable, and I usually wear an 8.5 but ordered in 9 because of feedback, but am going to re-order in 8.5 and see if my shoe repairman can stretch the toebox.

I wear a 9in Chaco sandles and got a10.5 in these boots . Look to be well made . There are some seams that rub on the sides of my foot . I hope when they are broke in it will go away.

Couldn't believe how stiff these boots were! Necessary to completely unlace AND unzip to get it on/off.

Love the look of this boot, spacious toe box and flat sole exactly what I look for in a shoe but I'm sending them back because they feel too stiff. Not a soft enough leather and lined w/canvas very military style just not the comfort level I expect at this price point.

So incredibly cute - and tight and stiff. These boots are adorable, and waterproof and lightweight - the only other thing I could ask for is for them to be comfortable. Too tight in the toe box - my toes fit ok, but it would hurt to walk all day in these. Adn at the beginning of my arch, too tight and painful. and they are extremely stiff.
