Love the shoes. Very comfortable right out of the box. Originally ordered a 6 (my usual size) and felt they were too big. Returned and got the 5 1/2. They fit but just a wee bit tight. I think they'll stretch over time though.

Comfortable, like most Clarks. A bit boring, but good for work shoes that I have to wear for an extended period of time.

Cute concept and comfortable footbed but the ankle strap hits right at my ankle bone (usually this sort of design should go above or below the bone, no?) which feels and looks strange. Wish there was a version of these without the ankle strap. Usually, a big fan of Clarks but will be returning these.

very cute, leather is soft and comfortable, the strap keeps my foot securely in the shoe, the style can go casual or dressy. but there is absolutely no arch support so I couldn't wear them without adding insoles.

Very cute and comfortable shoe with the exception of where the opening hit the top of my foot. It was digging into my skin and I knew it would take a while to break them in. I was looking for a comfortable shoe to wander around Europe.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit. These are very comfortable shoes. I never tried an ankle strap before but it is comfortable and doesn't hurt the top of my foot like other straps do and it keeps my heel from slipping out of the shoe when I walk. The insole is very comfortable and the outer sole is excellent and does not slip at all. My only complaint is that it has no visible arch support. I will purchase another pair in a different color when they get my size. Zappos service is far superior to other online shoe sales companies.

Cute shoe but not really an ankle strap person. I was just feeling desperate because ballerina flats are so hard to find that are a good fit and do not have heels that do not stay on my foot. Meh.

I found the inner edge dug into my foot below my big toe. Otherwise this would have been a comfortable shoe. I also wasn't crazy about how the strap looked. Despite the soft leather, I found the mary jane style Medoras more comfortable.
