They are very nice, just like the picture but it's really tough to put them on. Buy one number bigger than you really are.

The instep of this boots are so low & narrow. I usually wear 7 ~ 7.5 and size guide recommended me 7. So I bought 7 and tried...no. My foot even didn't go into the boots. Maybe my instep is higher because I'm Asian? I didn't think size 8 would work since the instep is so tight and no stretching. So I returned. If you think your instep is standard ~ higher, you might have same problem when you try these on. I loved the design, so I might try another similar one in the future.

I was looking forward to purchasing these, loved the way they looked and looked like a cute boot that would be nice and comfortable to wear out and about with my kids. Sadly I have to return these boots because my foot would not even fit into them! They must run extremely small! I wear a 6 and ordered a 6 and they seem almost two sizes to small!

Great looking shoe. I normally wear a 6.5 so I ordered the 7. I could not even get my foot in it. I am waiting on the return to process and put the money back in my account.

These almost felt like cheap knockoffs...

The Thermoball booties I've owned in the past had narrow ankles. That's a known problem with this style. However, these are so tight that you practically need the jaws of life to get your foot in them. Another problem is the design of the fur trim. It actually comes down in a V so more of your foot is exposed to air and snow than you would think from seeing the photos. I returned them immediately and am still without boots.

This shoe is incorrectly sized... Product control should have caught this error.

These shoes are terrible. As the previous person stated you can't even get your foot in the shoes. Even for free worthless. Quality or color is as described though.

I don't know if they're warm or not, as I can't get my foot inside. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, I ordered an 8 and it was too small from the top. The design of the boot is weird. I don't know if other people have been able to wear this, as it is impossible to wear on your size. My friend is a size 6 and she was able to get her foot in, but they were too big.

I was excited about getting this product. Shipping was excellent, it came the day after I ordered. I was so disappointed when I could not even get my foot in, no matter how hard I tried. I had to return it. I'm still going to look for another pair of NF boots as I love their products!

They are perfect for snowy days to run out and do some errands, but, they are not the first shoes I go for BECAUSE they are DIFFICULT to put on

I wear 5.5 and I ordered 6. The shoe looks nice when I received it. However, I can't even slide my feet in as the open area was designed too narrow. After I finally put my feet in, length wise it fits well. Also, there was almost no support at the bottom. I returned it.
