These. Shoes. Are. Amazing. I bought these shoes for travel knowing we'd do a lot of walking, but I'm not one for tennis shoes with skirts/dresses. Eek. I have wide feet, high arches, and a high instep, and I have trouble finding comfortable shoes. These were like walking on pillows. Tons of waking, yet no rubbing, no discomfort. They're not the most fashionable shoes but they are not terrible to look at either. Better with tights. Highly recommend if you are in search of comfortable low heel shoes that are moderately attractive.

This is a comfort shoe hidden in a modern silhouette! I was looking for a shoe that was open on top because of the arthritis I have there but moderately cushioned in the sole for walking. These shoes required no break-in and did the trick. They do have moderate arch support, but I could use a bit more. I originally bought the gray. They were so comfortable and my daughter thought that they were so up-to-date looking that I ordered the navy and black pairs as well. The black were even more comfy! I am very pleased!

I ordered these shoes elsewhere in my usual size of 7W. They turned out to be way too big. I could put at least one finger in the gap between my heel and the back of the shoe. I really liked them so much I tried putting a foam insert in them, but that didn't help, so I had to return them. Then I thought I'd try ordering them from Zappos in a 6.5W. Voila! The fit was perfect. They are lightweight, cushiony, very comfortable right out of the box and I didn't need to wear pantyhose with them--no blisters. I wanted a shoe that was stylish and that I could comfortably walk in for hours. These fit the bill. Luv them!

Love the style of the shoe. It's a little bit dressy while still being every day casual. I love that it works with jeans, slacks and skirts/dresses. Feels good on the foot. The only problem I have is I ordered the wide because I tend to take a wide in most shoes. The wide feels a bit loose to me but I'm afraid that the regular width would be too snug.

Immediately comfortable!! I wore these all day right out of the box and they are SO comfortable! I've also received several compliments on their style. Look great with jeans. I have somewhat narrow/bony feet so I often have a difficult time finding shoes that are snug on my feet without being too tight - but these are perfect! They don't slip off my heel at all (this is a first!). They also have a little bit of height without having a heel. I happen to be in a boot right now after surgery on my foot and the shoe sole is the same height as the boot, so I'm not walking like a penguin anymore!!

I love ?? these shoes. The slightly off center throat keeps them from the dreaded Mary Jane / Minnie Mouse look. The materials are casual luxe. I will exchange the 9.5 for a 9. The left one is still too big so it's my feet - At 60 I'm paying for wearing "cute shoes" all my life and its really hard to find age appropriate but still cute ??. My current Clarks nude ballet flats are 9 but I thought I might want the extra length for winter . But in the Lowcountry, if it's cold enough for socks, I'm wearing boots! We don't have a very long boot season so we have to Wear them every opportunity!

Love these shoes! I got the grey. So cute and will go with everything. Super comfortable from the moment I put them on. Great arch support and they seem very well made. very happy with the purchase

I have owned several pairs of Clarks, always satisfied. These however were beyond bad. First of all the second I put them on they were uncomfortable in the toes, secondly the tops of the shoes were the design is left painful indentations in the tops of my feet. I am not an overweight person with "fat feet" so I was surprised at how painful these were. They looked cute but man were they painful! I returned them and will try something else.

Lovely shoes, classic shape comfortable springy sole, but not for me, unfortunately. Size 8 wide was too big everywhere, and size 7.5 wide too tight. I had to return them.

This is one of those shoes that is super comfy right out of the box. It does not rise too high on your Achilles tendon, so no dig-in action when you are walking. It also looks elegant. I like it with black leggings. Love love love these!

Love this shoe but had to return because the heel slips off my heel. I wish they would make it narrower.

Very comfortable shoe, it just ran a larger than most brands. I like the suede look but the comfortable sole does take away from looking as dressy as some other flats.

Very cute and comfortable shoe. Love that it is comfortable without being clunky. It is slimming for a size 12 foot. Grey color is very versatile. Considering buying the black too - really like this shoe!

Not wide enough.

An elegant shoe with work horse treads on the bottom and great arch support inside. Very becoming to my size 10 feet, although as Zappos was out of the 10's, I ordered a 9 and 1/2 B. Unbelievably they fit perfectly--at first they felt tight in the toes but after wearing them around the house for 15 minutes, they "stretched to fit, thanks to the suede. A great transition shoe between deep winter and real summer.

Nice looking shoe but not true to size. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and this seemed to run big. My heel slipped out. An 8 would have fit better.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! They are VERY comfortable and stylish too! I am about to order them in wine and black.

Super comfortable and cute! I have to have super cushioning for my feet (medical condition). I got these in a wide instead of my usual B width so I could add some Dr. Scholl's insoles. It feels like I'm walking on clouds. The shoes have enough cushioning that I could almost get away without the added insoles. Also note they come with their own removable insoles so these would probably work with many orthotics. I really need to reiterate they are also very stylish and attractive. They look great with tights and a short skirt.

Beacause of prevmious customer reviews that said these shoes run big, I went down 1/2 a size and ordered the wide width. They are amazing!!! These are my walking shoes for a trip to Europe, and from day one they felt incredible. Stylish and comfortable! Absolutely a winner.

Clarks shoe is okay, but the heel of the shoe is much too large and causes the shoe back to slip off the heel. I am very discouraged in Clarks Shoes...Was a loyal Clarks' customer for many years, but now the shoes are substandard in fit and simply ordinary in appearance. I Have not succeeded in purchasing shoes form Zappos for maybe a year. Had to order my recent pair of Alegria direct from the company because Zappos does not carry the European classic sized Alegria shoes.

Loved the comfort but runs a little big. It is not the nicest looking shoe but the suede is nice and is a good work show. I'm going to return them and hope they have a 5 1/2 . I normally wear 6 but this runs big.
