I bought this pair to wear so my other boots could keep the ice guards on them. My other boots are the Sorel 1964 PAC Nylon line and I love them. They fit roomier with a removable liner. Those are more for deeper snow, colder temps in my opinion. This style here is dressier in my opinion more for going to the store, visiting a friend, church etc. Really nice quality and style. I wish it had a removable liner like my other Sorels. In comparison this Sorel boot fit narrower than my other Sorels. My other boots are a 12 and this one was an 11. If I had a 12 I probably would have not returned them. Toe box shape was smaller and was a more petite, narrower style overall with a smaller leg shaft with stretch laces. This boot with a fur lining needs room to breathe or your feet will sweat and/or be cold. Depends on your needs. If you have my type of needs (shoveling, sledding, walk dog, colder temps) I highly recommend the 1964 Pac Sorels hands down vs this style. But always size up when it comes to boots regardless on style!

Had to return to order a half size up. I'm normally an 8 or 8 1/2 and ordered the 8 1/2 and need to return for a 9. I also wish they had a zipper so they are easier to put them on and take off. They were very warm and comfortable when I tried them on.

These boots get 5 stars for style. They are adorable! I am an 8.5 but because Sorels seem to run a 1/2 size smaller I ordered a 9 and they fit just right!

really wanted these to work ... as it's such a good looking snow boot and also appears to be great quality. However, just did not feel good on my feet ...the length is true but they are cut narrow in the toe box which pinches at the edge of my foot; also no arch support; overall the inner foot bed did not feel cushioned enough. The description mentions a removeable foot bed ... but it's not removable!

Tried three styles of mid-height boots and these were the keepers because they had an ample toe box. Did not fit at the ankle nearly as well as the Columbia style (but that one had a short, tight toe box). These Sorels seem rugged; good gripping sole.

Pretty good snow shoes. I think they're a little more about the look than the warmth. There could be more padding around the foot. But, they're comfy. Fits a wider foot without the bulk of some of the other Sorel styles.

This boot is beautiful and well made. I am a true 7M and I had room side to side, which didn't bother me, but I pulled out of the heel with every step. I tried more socks and thicker socks and neither worked. I also order a 6.5 to see if that made a difference and could not get my foot into the boot. I am sad to return them.

Looking forward to wearing this on our trip to the mountains. Hoping they will be comfortable. Walking around the house they have been.

When I first put them on I was worried about the stiffness of the part around the top of my foot because I have a high arch. Turns out it was ok and loosened up a bit. These boots are very warm. They are comfortable. I haven’t done any rigorous hikes yet but have done two miles walk in snow and icy conditions and they were as expected. Give these boots a go.

Boots are comfortable and warm. They have good traction and are great in deep snow. Good purchase.
