The length was fine but it was too narrow, and I never wear a wide width. Also absolutely no arch support.

Great color and support. Not enough toe room for my wide feet and they were out of my size wide.

I usually wear a 5 in vionic, but this style seemed a little short and was too narrow for my foot.

The arch support in this shoes was very hard and uncomfortable. This is why I'm returning these shoes.

I ordered these shoes at the end of Dec 2019, and when I first bought them they were sooooo comfy! I have planter fasciitis and bought these shoes based on the reviews online for comfort and style. I wear them 5-days a week for an office job that requires me to walk about 5k steps a day, so light walking. By June, my feet were starting to hurt at work, so I purchased the inserts directly from the Vionic website. I thought they would help, but it didn't. So basically I got 6months out of a $100 pair of shoes...not too happy. Just bought a recommended pair of Hoka so hopefully these new shoes are better. I will say, they are stylish and don't look like orthopedic shoes. Points for that.

These felt like comfortable shoes but like another reviewer, for me, the arch was in the wrong place so I could not keep the shoes. They were very cute though, especially the funny laces.

I really wanted to like these shoes but they did not work for my feet problems. I have morton's neuroma, hammertoes and plantar fascitis. I wear custom orthotics which did fit in the shoes. But after wearing them for a while, my toes hurt and they don't feel like they have enough cushion in them. I have tried multiple different sneakers and I am thankful for zappos return policy so I can return them to try something else.

Just didn’t feel as comfortable as my Mizuno shoes. Couldn’t get the right fit.

I have plantar fasciitis and was so excited to get these shoes. They are so supportive and also very attractive. I noticed a strong odor when opening the box. I thought it would go away but it has remained. I keep the shoes on my screened in porch because no one can stand for them to be in the house. My dog will not even go near them. I am planning a trip where I will be doing a lot of walking but can’t take my shoes because the smell would be too strong in the car. They have been in the open air for a week with no reduction in odor. Any ideas?

I love the look of these shoes and wanted them for my morning workout. Unfortunately they were not comfortable. I have heel pain in my right foot and it felt like the arch support was set too far back in the insole of the shoe. It was probably just my foot problem because the left side felt great.

I was hoping for a replacement for my worn out Vionic Elation's which have sadly been discontinued. Vionic did not respond to my inquiry about which of the current styles would be closest in fit to the Elation. These are just okay and do not have the same shaped toe box of the Elation which was wonderfully roomy. I'm keeping them and hoping that they will stretch a bit after some wear.

This is a narrow shoe, and feels like it runs a bit on the small size. I have a pair of their Keke sneakers, and the footbed is very different. The Keke footbed is why I looked for Vionic sneakers for the gym - but the two do not compare. Als very noticable in the footbed, inside on the piece that is on the outside part of the shoe - there is a piece that seems to stick up or out that hits the foot. It's not comfortable, and I found it annoying. It felt like the insert part of the footbed wasn't finished. Returning, and will stick with Vionic shoes that have a similar footbed to Kekes.

Zappos never fails to amaze me. I purchased these shoes three months ago and begin to have issues with quality which I detailed in a review I wrote. I included a photo of the issue. Less than 24 hours later I received an amazing email from a Zappos customer service person who refunded the full price I paid for these shoes. It's no wonder I've given up on stick and brick shoe stores--people who say to me, "we don't carry narrow shoes." Zappos has narrow shoes and one fabulous customer service department. Thank you Zappos, I will be back!

Very low cut over the toes...they reubbed the tops of my toes. Toe box is small. Arch was good, fabric seemed of poor value. Hard to believe that podiatrists recomment these shoes.

This shoe was narrow for me, and I have a narrow foot. The arch felt good but the toe box was so low or flat that it rubbed the tops of my toes. I had to return them.

This was my second try for this sneaker after sending back usual size I don’t have wide feet but it was very tight. I wish they made in wide. I liked the style but not the fit or comfort.

This is a really pretty sneaker. I love the color and from the start if felt very comfortable. I have very high arches, use an insert in my sneakers but thought that with this brand I may not need to. I walked a couple of times without my insert and noticed my back was hurting. I then put in my own insert and my back simply would not stop hurting. I stopped walking until my back was fine and decided to try my old sneakers with my insert to figure what was happening. Sure enough, my back was fine. I was so hoping I could use these sneakers (especially after spending $150) but the arch support (or something else) wasn't enough to keep my back in alignment.

The right shoe was probably 1/2 size larger than the left. Otherwise shoe was very comfortable, nice toe box and adequate arch support. Would have kept them had one shoe not been so much larger

I have narrow feet and took a chance that these Vionics in a medium width would work because I have a pair of Vionic boots that work okay, but alas, the front of my foot just swam in these Satimas and they need to go back.

Not nearly as comfortable as some of the other Vionic shoes I tried. Seems like a completely different footbed and hit my feet in the wrong places. Returned and decided on the Vionic Miles.

Cute show, for the price feels cheapy made, little support and little cushioning

The fit was different between the two sides. The right side cut into my arch. I really liked the arch and style of show.

The first time I wore these shoes I had pain in my knees and hips about 3 hours later. (They felt fine while I was walking.) I tried them one more time - same thing. I was surprised as they are highly rated and recommended by Prevention magazine. I didn't want to risk further injury so I returned.

Uncomfortable to wear. I guess don’t need the arch support and just need “normal” shoes
