My feet are AWFUL. Weird size, plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma....yada, yada, yada. These are the best walking shoes I've ever had! I don't even need to insert my custom orthotics, the support is so good. (But I could; the insole IS removable.) I usually order a wide but I just went a half size up and got the medium and it was fine. I highly recommend these for anyone with difficult feet. I liked them so much I (a) ordered Vionic slippers and (b) am going to try their (gasp!) HIGH HEELS, something I haven't worn in years.

I would recommend the Vionic Drift Satima for those who have foot problems such as plantar fasciitis or over-pronation, yet still want a shoe with some style. The blue radiance/lavender (which I would call turquoise) was a little shocking at first, yet I've grown to like it. The styling is attractive, and appropriate for summer fun. The shoes are well constructed with a fairly long and wide toe box. Since I wear both custom orthotics and athletic socks, I always buy 1/2 size larger, and this works for me. I've found Vionic sizing to be consistent in their athletic shoes. (The sandals vary a bit more.) The shoe has a fairly deep heel well and there is no slippage. Though the shoes are sturdy, they don't weigh a ton and they were comfortable from day one. Style wise, the shoes are pretty attractive. While the toe box is long and it is also wide at the ball of the foot, the toe has some shape to it, so it doesn't look clunky. And though the colors are bright, they are not lurid. (This is a big change for me, I usually go for white, grey or black.) The ultimate praise--I'm thinking about getting a second pair.

I purchased these sneakers on November 20, 2018. They have excellent arch support which helps with my newly diagnosed plantar fasciitis. I do not wear them every day. I am every careful to unlace the shoe so I don't have to force my foot into it. The knit like fabric at the heel of the shoe is breaking down on both shoes. For $139 I think a shoe should last longer than 3 months! Won't be buying again.

I love this shoe. Have been dealing with ruptured Achilles and plantar fasciitis. This shoe gives me support and stability. I am ordering a second pair.

These are the most comfortable shows I've ever worn, and they're cute, too boot. I have plantar fasciitis, the beginnings of Morton's Neuroma, and very weirdly sized feet (short and wide). These were a godsend. They never hurt, even right out of th box, but they did tire my feet at first. I built up the hours gradually and now they're all I wear. They've enabled me to walk further and faster and more comfortably than any shoe I've ever had. Love the grey/yellow color combo: it goes with everything, stays clean, and makes me feel happy. I'm sold on Vionics!

I've always worn the Vionic walker. I decided to try this style. I need a strong arch and a wide toe box. This shoe feels even better on my feet than the walker. There is plenty of room in the toe box, yet my heel doesn't slip. I usually wear a wide 5 or 5 1/2. I had to get a 6M, but it fits perfectly.

I have some foot issues (mainly heel pain that developed after recovery from a broken ankle) and thought I would give these a shot. Anything to avoid the limp I acquire for 24 hours after a run/walk. The arch support was good but the construction of the shoe was just plain cheap and sloppy. There was excessive room in the front of the shoe, so much that my foot could move side to side. I have a regular width foot and have never needed wide or narrow width shoes. I wear an 11 in women's training shoes and that is what I purchased in these. The length seemed fine.

I have flat feet and struggle to find cute supportive athletic shoes for working out and everyday wear. These are fantastic. I made it through a week of Disney with no aching feet! And they are supportive enough for all workout cross training. The insoles are not super cushy like my Aisics, but the arch support keeps my feet happy. Buying another pair to replace the ones I have.

I have over pronation & back problems and these sneakers help me with maintaining good posture as well as keeping my ankles from turning in whether I am on the treadmill or out and about doing my errands. I also am fussy when it comes to style and these do not look like orthotics at all. In my seventies & happy I can be stylish & address my posture and feet problems!! Thanks Zappos for making it so easy to find just the right shoe.??

These the the most fantastic shoe for my poor feet. Between plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, a few old breaks, arthritis and wear and tear, only this show with a prescribed insert will allow me to be mobile. I have several pair and no one has a better price then Zappos!!

Not the prettiest shoe but the most comfortable! I walk and slow run a few miles a few times a week (along with Pure Barre) and these are THE best exercise shoes if you have any feet or knee issues. I usually go up a full size in my run shoes bc my feet swell. But don’t size up for these. You need your soles to fit correctly on the soles of these shoes. I love these. And I lose Zappos!

While I like the breathable mesh and how lightweight this shoe is, it really needs more cushion. It’s comfortable but doesn’t have as much shock absorption as I would like. They held up well during 6 months of daily workouts and they don’t look like orthopedic shoes, but, I prefer the Thrill sneaker from Vionic over this one.

Felt great immediately, but with my plantar fasciitis, I did experience soreness after the first few wears. I've tried several other styles, and found this to be the most classic looking. It feels light, and easy to walk in. Worth keeping!

These fit true to size and had a wide enough toe box. However, the arch support while very good seemed to hit my foot in the wrong location – feeling like to was too far back toward my heel. I need the support more toward the ball of my foot. Otherwise, these looked great and seemed very structured and supportive.

I have flat feet the material is soft so that is the reason the shoes did not give me the support needed there.

I walk about 4 miles a day and every night the tops of my feet would hurt. After some research, I decided on these shoes to see if I could fix that problem and so far, it has. I was surprised but the extra arch support seems to have resolved my foot problem.

I am an avid walker, and had worn out my old shoes. Was looking for something this time around with excellent all over foot support, as I often have heel pain and arch pain. Super happy with the fit, style, and feel of these shoes. Mostly, am not in pain during or after my walks. Vionic is worth the price, and their reputation is well-earned.

This shoe is great for me for work in a medical office. My first pair of vionic shoes were white leather.. "just for work" but I loved them so much I wore them all the time so now after a year they look too bad for work. I bought the dark color so they will look better longer. I feel they run true to size... I buy a 1/2 larger in athletic shoes than my every day shoes. If you have high arches and/or planter fasciitis these will work great for you.

I have several pairs of VIONIC shoes and I’ve never had a problem with the fit. I wear and ordered a size 8 but these felt slightly short in length. Not a deal breaker for me but I couldn’t believe how tight they fit around my feet, including the top. The description said the toe box was roomy but not for me. I normally wear a medium width but apparently not in this style. Thinner socks didn’t help. Unfortunately they don’t come in a wide or I’d try them again. They look great and finally, the laces are the perfect length. The odor of these shoes was horribly bad and very strong. Had to return them.

I read many reviews for this shoe and was sure it was the one for me. Excellent arch support and my heel fit well. The toe box was too wide for me, even with my heavier socks. I wear a medium in all other brands I have owned, and there have been many.

This was my first vionic sneaker purchase. I’m a 6.5 but in a sneaker usually size up to a 7 so I ordered both. The 6.5 felt like a better fit all around but they were too short. The 7 seemed to be a lot bigger and it felt like my toes were swimming. I kept the 7 bc I needed the sneakers and figure that with the summer heat my foot may swell a bit. Seems like I have this issue with all vionic shoes. In general I think they all run wide so I want to size down but then my toes are squished. My foot isn’t narrow either.

I have had several pairs of Vionics all of which I have been happy with. Not this pair, they really do look good but they gave me blisters and after only a month the back inside lining has already rubbed away completely. Sadly will likely be the last Vionics I purchase.

I bought these shoes in May 2019 and wore them to work (~25 hours/week) until recently. I loved them at first even though the arch hit in the wrong place. I had to jam the shoes down to get it in the right spot. Then, they started falling apart--the liner at the back ankle wore a hole on both shoes; the spongy part of the outer sole started rubbing off in pieces; the and the leather/fabric around the toes rubbed off in spots. The most dangerous thing, though, is that the rubber outer sole started coming apart from the spongy part (between the shoe and the rubber sole). This represented a trip and fall problem. I tried shoe glue but it didn't stick so I literally cut off what I could. Comfortable but didn't last long.

I don't understand why anyone would think that this is a shoe worth buying. I ran for 30+ years, and have changed to walking the past few years. I walk around 10 hours/week. My shoe of choice has been Saucony - both for running and walking. I need more arch support than I used to - so I thought I'd give the Satima style a try. Good grief...my Vionic flip-flops weigh more than these do. Honestly, they are incredibly flimsy and have little to no support whatsoever. I was really surprised - as there were lots of good reviews. Don't get me wrong, I have 4-5 pairs of Vionics...flip-flops/slippers/sandals, etc. They are incredible footwear - with amazing arch support. Don't waste your money on these shoes - totally and completely not worth it.
