Due to other reviews, I initially ordered a FULL size larger, but had to exchange for just a half size larger then my normal shoe size. I do not have wide feet, but found the shoe to be narrow, and fit snug across the top of my foot.

I usually wear a 7.5 but I had to order the 7.5 and 8 before figuring out these ran small. Finally, the 8.5 fit correctly.

I love these boots. My second pair. They run small. I added fur liners and they are now so warm. I’ll buy more in different colors. Love them.

I read the reviews and was skeptical but ordered anyway because these are so cute. They are cute and they DO run small so order up! In the end I'm returning them because the fit was not comfortable.

After reading the other reviews I decided to order a full size larger than my normal shoe size. Even with my wider feet, I feel like a full size was a little too big. I debated sending these back for just a half size smaller than my original order, but we got a snow storm the next day and I didn't want to be without boots. I feel they are a little big with a thin sock and pretty decent with a thick sock. After wearing these all day in the snow to cut down our Christmas tree and play with my kids outside, I was surprised to find that they were incredibly comfortable and my feet stayed 100% warm and dry. I love the style and the little bit of lift from the heel. I do not find them slippery at all. They work perfectly under or over jeans and work great with my snow pants. Easy to lace up, but often times I leave them untied so I can slip them on and go. I love the smaller footprint than my previous Sorel boots, that seemed much bulkier. Would highly recommend.

Loveeeddd these boots, but they were way too small & then I had buyers remorse because I already have a few pairs of Sorels. So I ended up returning them. If I knew to order a whole size bigger I probably would have kept them.

I’m an 11 wide, so usually have to get 12 when there’s no wide option. These fit perfectly. I walked all day in downtown Chicago in them, and they were great. They look and feel like quality boots. They kept my feet warm and completely dry!

Extremely warm and comfortable. I sized up so I could wear warm wool socks. I was in 20 degree weather and my feet stayed warm!

Super cute and quality leather. I read the reviews and ordered a full size up to 9.5, but felt too big, my heel was slipping. I’m an 8.5 and a 9 would probably have been a better fit. Not much arch support in these.

Runs very small in length and width, even more so with winter socks. Order at least one full size up.

This is an update to my previous review, where I posted that the leather eyelet broke the first time I went to lace the boot up. Zappos Customer Service contacted me after that review. I returned the boots and they sent a new pair just 3 days later. They work great, so very happy about that!

I bought these boots in November 2017 and wore them near daily throughout the winter. I initially ordered my regular size but then returned for a size up which fit better. They are comfortable and warm. The heels were ground down after that season of use (see image), but I figured it was fine since I had worn them so much and I walk a lot. When I started to wear them again for Winter 2018, I noticed that the rubber part that goes above the foot had cracked significantly (see photo). I'm disappointed that these boots have started to fall apart after only 1 season of wear. Previous similarly priced boots I've owned have lasted me 3-4 seasons before getting this significant of wear and tear.

Just two start - I always wear 8.5. I had to return a 9.5 and get a 10! Crazy. They don’t look terribly large. Definitely order up. That said..I love these boots! So warm and comfortable. I love that they have a heel. They match with everything and they are definitely quality material. Well worth the price.

Sized up one whole size based on reviews and even then, my toes were hitting the front. Also not much padding in the soles so they didn’t feel like they’d be very comfortable even if they did fit. Returned!

A little bulky looking around the ankle and a bit shorter of a boot than I wanted, but overall the style was cute. As others have said, these run way small. I usually wear a 9 in women’s so after reading all the reviews I ordered a 9.5 and they were still a little tight with a thick wool sock. I would have needed a 10. The width was fine. My other concern was how these were going to perform in the snow and super cold weather. There’s only a thin layer of fabric and rubber between your toes and the outside and I suspect you’d be freezing in minutes, even with crazy thick socks on. They’re cute, but they’re just not insulated and comfortable enough to keep.

Cute boot but does run small. I wear a 9 and ordered a 10 but still felt like it was too small. The left boot was defective inside, the lining seemed like it was sewn in wrong. I will be sending them back.

Order a full size up. They do loosen a tiny bit after a week of wear.

Love these! Super cute, warm, comfy and they keep my feet dry! I did order a half size up as recommended by other reviews and they are perfect! I am a true size 9 and ordered a 9.5. A 9 would have definately been too small!

My boots arrived just in time for our weekend rain! The boots are gorgeous and fabulously comfy. Perfect with leggings and jeans. Thrilled with this purchase!!! I normally wear a size 7-7.5 and ordered a size 8. They fit great.
