I love this boot! It's stylish and functional. I get compliments on them wherever I go! It keeps my feet dry through the wet Seattle climate while still looking good! I purchased an 8.5 but I typically wear a size 8. I probably could have purchased a size 8 but I like to wear thicker socks. I have very large, muscular calves since I'm a runner and crossfitter and these boots still fit, even over skinny jeans!

This boot is so darn cute! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering b/c it does run small. I always use a 6.5 in SOREL footwear. With these my toes were running into the front w/ thin sicks on. I'm sending them back and hoping the 7 works!!

These boots are so cute. They go great with a lot of outfits and definitely keep you warm and dry. I wore them in Colorado during a ski trip and were great looking.
I did go up a 1/2 size based on reviews and they are way too big. I am going to have to return them for the size I usually wear.
Although they are really cute and I love the details especially the lacing, it does make them really hard to put on and off so I find myself only wearing them when I know I won't need to take them off soon. I have not had the issues yet with the rawhide laces others mentioned but could see them wearing away quickly.

Love my Conquest Carly boot but wish it was just a bit warmer for the snowy days. I got a larger size, 7.5, than my regular 7 size so that I can wear thick socks with them and that helps with the colder weather and the snow. They have been perfectly waterproof and I love that I can slide them on and off. I tied a little know on the end of each lace so i don't have to tie them up completely every time. I really like the little heel and the traction is great. I feel solid on ice and snow while looking stylish.

These boots are beautiful, and style-wise they were just what I wanted. When I received them and tried them on, however, I realized that they weren't going to be warm enough for my needs. I really needed a snow boot and these are more suited for wet weather (and looking rad!). If the price tag wasn't so high, I'd have kept them for Spring and Fall; so I ordered up some Sorel Joan of Arctics instead.

Great boot. Wore them while snowmobiling and they kept my feet surprisingly warm and dry (I wore wool socks as well). However they ran an entire size small - order 1 size up (or only half if you plan on wearing thin socks)!

The looks are great, stylish and a bit rustic. These boots would be just right for wet city walking and mild snow conditions. The bottoms foot of the boot is designed more like a duck boot and therefore the top is a little thinner than a standard snow boot. Again, great for the city, but not for the woods. I tired them hoping I could get the looks along with the durability and warmth. I need a boot for long days of active snow time I don't think Sorel is marketing these as a true snow boot, but I was hopeful.

I just got my pair and they look great! Everyone was saying they ran a bit small so I decided to go a half size up. Turns out that they feel a tiny bit big. Not too much though. The extra room will probably come in handy if I want to double up on socks since they aren't too warm. Overall, I like then very much!

true to size but the heel construction was such that your foot is pushed forward. they were supre cute though.

I absolutely loved these boots, that's why I ordered them! However, I was not a fan of how the fabric met the rubber on the top of the boot. The fabric bunched up and it felt weird on the top of my foot. I have a 9.5 in other Sorel boots and these felt a lot smaller in the foot/rubber area than the rest of the Sorel boots I have.

Oh my, these may look cute in the picture but they are very uncomfortable. I couldn't move my ankle around. I had to return them.

I bought these for my wife for Xmas and she loves the boots, but the suede-ish laces began to look frayed almost immediately and one has now broken. This is after 2 months of wear. Seems to run a little small so size up 1/2 size from normal shoes.

I am a big fan of women's Sorel boots. But their sizing lately is all over the map. I own 3 Cate the Great's and my size is 8. I read reviews and ordered up in Conquest Carly (so an 8.5 and a 9 just in case). My toe hit the end on the 8.5 and the 9 actually fit. So I went up an entire size in this boot. The style is SO adorable and I love the lace up and the grey suede, everything... but I don't love that these don't zip up, so it is really hard to get your foot out of the boot until you completely loosen up every single row of lacing. Also the laces feel like after many many wears that they will rip, don't feel too sturdy. So wondering if Sorel replaces the laces? I am on the fence keeping the 9 because of this, just don't want to be stuck with a boot that doesn't tighten up if the lace breaks and I can't find a long enough one to replace it.

Pretty boot, but seems like they would be quite cold. Not very well insulated. I was looking for a cold weather rain boot. Also, the suede laces are awful. They leave little suede specks all over the boot when they pull through the metal loops. Wanted to love this boot for how cute they are, but overall not comfortable :(

Loved the look of these. Could pull on/off adjusting laces which I love. Wish they didn't have a heel. Also wish they had a bit more insulation to justify the price. Had to go 1/2 size larger than normal

I purchase these boots 2 years ago and loved them. Much to my displeasure I noticed that the rubber on the toes have cracked and spit open! Guess they are no longer water proof! Very disappointed.

I was so excited to get these boot; and after reading previous reviews I knew get a size larger. Well, first off they're very difficult to get on and off, and I mean difficult. Once my foot was in I found the seams could be felt on the top of my foot, actually leaving a mark across my foot. And found the same true around the back. And they are not warm, maybe if I was in 35+ weather they'd be ok, but I was in 8* and my feet froze! And when walking they don't feel sure footed, which I was also hoping for. I'd call these pumped up XtraTuff, but, much more challenging to get on and off, on the plus side you could get a few yoga stretches in trying to manipulate them on and off, whole hopping around on one foot. Quality is nice but fit and function are not there.

I loved the look of these boots. However, I couldn't even get my foot all the way in. I ordered a half size up and tried to loosen up the laces but no luck. Was wearing regular (not thick) socks. Disappointed. Returning.
