I ordered the Saddle (brown) and it's a shade more orange than the picture. I like it fine, but if you are picky about the color just know that it's "warmer" than the photo. At first I thought the heel was going to be too wide for my freakishly narrow heel. I put some of those heel grippers in the back and it fits fine. If you have a normal heel you'll probably be fine. At first the shoe feels like it's going to be too loose but after wearing it to commute (1.5 miles each way) I can assure you that it doesn't rub even though it's not exactly hugging your foot. The heel is a good walking height, and they are so easy to get on and off with the side zipper. If I didn't already own black boots I'd consider getting them in a black.

I have been buying nothing but Vionic shoes the past year due to some running injuries. I was excited for something more stylish. The color could be better. These are more of a tan color throughout with only the tip toe being the darker "saddle" color. The support is only marginal for what I would expect from Vionic. The toe box is tighter than I would think, hopefully they stretch a little after some wear.

Very comfortable shoe. I ordered double wide in brown and the fit is great -- comfortable right out of the box. The only uncomfortable bit is that the spot your heel sits on is angled downward, so my foot slides down the heel constantly. It's less comfortable when your foot is crammed in the front of the shoe. But, when you're just standing, this is less of an issue for me. I will also say, they aren't as cute as I thought they would be, but when you require a double wide, I guess you have to take what you can get. Width varies so much per shoe -- I don't always require double wide. For reference, my normal shoes are leather keen's, which are naturally wide enough for my feet. For sneakers, I usually get a wide size in brands like Nike/Adidas, but NB and similar brands are wide enough naturally. Overall I'm very happy with this shoe and to find a bootie that fits my feet!

These tend to pinch my toes, but are very cute and pretty comfortable besides the toe area.

This is a beautiful boot and as much as I was tempted to try to make due, it does not fit with the same "I've got you" arch that I expect from Vionic. I'm old enough that comfort wins over style.

These are pretty, but too narrow for my C width foot.

Love these boots! They provide so much support to my flat feet and are super cute as well. The tassel on the zipper fell off after a few uses, but it looks fine without it. Love Vionic and all of their shoes!

I love these shoes, but I did think they felt a little large to me.

This bootie is amazing. And even though it has a relatively high heel, it's very comfortable. It actually feels like the weight shifts to the heel rather than to the toes. I'm still deciding about whether I will keep it. I'm jut not sure I want to commit to that high of a heel for a trip to France.

These are good for flat feet. My foot slips a little but I can wear these all day with little discomfort.

Not kidding... I think I could wear these shoes for an entire day at Disneyland. They are that comfortable and I could still have some serious shoe game going! These boots are so chic that you would have no clue that hiding in side is the most comfy sole. Even though they have a heel, it feels like you are wearing flats. When I first got them they were really tight, but I sat in them at my desk for a while and sure enough they stretched out very quickly. So if you try them on and they feel tight at first hang for 30 minutes and it will be better. I did find that as I wore these more my foot does slide a little to the front of the shoe. That is why I said that perhaps these are a half size too big - I will try a 1/2 size down for my next pair to avoid the front slide. But I am delighted with my purchase - these shoes are comfortable and fashionable.

I ordered these in a wide, and overall, they are a good fit. I love how classy they look, but I think the one thing Vionic could do better is add slightly more of a front platform to balance out the heel height. I still feel a bit pushed forward on my toes with these heels, and that is the only bit of discomfort. Overall a great boot and worth the money.

Beautiful boot. Sadly I had to return this boot due to the fact the top of the boot rubbed against my ankle bone. Otherwise this would have been the perfect boot. The boot is definitely comfortable to stand and walk in. I only had problems with the manner of which the boot rubbed on my ankle bone. I would still recommend this boot to anyone seeking a very comfortable boot.

These are so cute - but way to big for my feet. I have a thin ankle and the gap made it impossible for me to wear. Bummer.

These are BEAUTIFUL and I am so sad to return them, but they are just a little tight in the toe box, and I fear that after a full teaching day on my feet, that I will be miserable.

I wanted to review this boot because I've tried three sizes. I normally wear a 6.5. After reading all the reviews, I decided to try a 7 W, and 6.5 W, and a 6.5 M. I have Vionic sandals and love them, so I was looking forward to these. They do have good arch support and the footbed is soft. But there is this "ridge" down the middle of them that is uncomfortable and I found them in all the styles and sizes I tried. Its almost like having a small pebble under the ball of your foot. I hadn't seen anyone talk about that, so I thought I was crazy. After all that, I decided to keep the 6.5 M, because the more I wore it (around the house) the more I got used to it. I hope it will mold to my foot because it is a very cute and otherwise comfortable bootie. Not too tight across the ball of the foot. Hope this helps, and maybe I'll see someone who sees the same thing.

I was so excited to receive my vionic ankle boots and when I tried them on I was so sad. I ordered my normal shoe size and it fit except in the ankle/heel area. I have a narrow heel and my heel keep sliding up and down when I walked. I could wear extra socks maybe that then the rest of the boot would be too tight! Also on one foot the toe box was just a bit too narrow so the forth toe kept getting rubbed when I took a step. I have to return them sadly because of the fit.

I love the look of this stylish boot, and it is very comfortable. The height of the heel is perfect for dressing up, but not ideal for wearing all day, especially if you are on your feet a lot or have to do a lot of walking. Looks great with skinny jeans, leggings, and short dresses.

I wear between a size 7.5 and 8 and the 8 fit me better than the 7.5 with a medium weight sock on. HOWEVER with the 8s I could put one finger down the back of the shoe with my foot in it. The 7.5s were way snug. I am still debating on returning the 8 because I just love the looks of them so much. They are different. Not smooth leather. The toe area is but then its fuzzy suede like everywhere else which you can't really tell in the photos. This boot would be great for pants or dresses/tights. Very classy and simple. I love vionics and have flats from them. Would recommend if you have a definite shoe size and not one in between sizes like me. Glad I can hold on to them and debate thanks to Zappos wonderful return policy! Zappos shoe shopper for life!

Thank goodness vionic finally started designing shoes for STYLE! I live in NYC and do a lot of fast-paced walking. In just one of the boots the seams at the top/front scrape against my skin and really irritate it (needed a bandaid--it drew blood!). I will reinforce this part of the shoe with moleskin. I wish shoe-makers would pay extra attention to comfort around the seams. Otherwise I love this boot--it's so hard to find nice shoes with arch support and it's great to not have to be slipping in orthotics all the time. Side note: I always order a half size down in Vionic.

I ordered the black boots and was surprised to find that the body of the boot is suede, but the toe is smooth leather. It seemed so odd to me - like I had suede boots but had scuffed all the suede off the toe. They ARE comfortable, but I just couldn't get past the suede/no suede style.

The shoe itself is well-made, but I just didn't like the style as a matter of personal taste..before I even tried it on, it reminded me of a shoe that someone in the Wizard of Oz would wear. I tried it on, and it was fairly comfortable and wide enough for my wide foot, but just did not match my taste.

I really liked the look of these but the fit was so odd. the arch support was not fitting where it should and then the side somehow hurt my ankle bone. Really wanted it to work as I've had luck with other Vionic shoes.

I so wanted to love these, but sadly although I ordered wide, the toe box was really cramped and would not have worked with regular socks. Really liked the style.
