If price is too good to be true there must be a reason! I was sooo excited to see this cute flat at about 60% off, and when my usual Vioinc size was available it was a no-brainer...I jumped on the deal. Just received them and after a simple try-on it was clear this shoe runs at least a half and perhaps a whole size larger than usual. In addition the arch support I've known and loved in this brand is just not there either, and as other reviewers remarked the black suede was very stiff. I love Vionic but have to agree with others that they really need to standardize their sizing...it's frustrating to need anywhere from a 7.5 to a 9 depending on the style...even different colors in the same style may vary. Back they go :-(

Had to return these flats. I usually wear a size 6 however these run large. My best guess based on the pair I tried on would be roughly half a size too large. I decided to not order another pair half size down but go with a different pair of flats by Sam Eldman instead. I did like the color ( red) and style.

LOVED this shoe! It's beautiful and looks great on my feet. Sadly, it wasn't comfortable. The upper is very rigid so doesn't give at all. Also for me, one size was too small and the other too large. Boohoo! Hope someone can enjoy them for me.

Beautiful shoes with excellent padding and arch support. However, they were just too tight in the toe box. I even tried the WW but it was too big. If I removed the padding, it was too big. Sadly, I am returning these.

I am a typical size 8 and these shoes floated on me. They were comfy but a little too pointy for my liking

Great support but could not come to like the point toe style. Had ordered these because other animal print options is were not available in a comfortable shoe.

I really wanted to like these. As far as arch support and overall style, they're great! But I tried to walk the 6 blocks from my bus stop to work and my heels are completely blistered.

I wanted to love these. The texture and color of the pewter snake is simply amazing in person. I loved the idea of removable insoles. However, I could not break them in enough wearing around the house over a few weeks. The heels are incredibly painful and even after stretching and molding them to my feet I got blisters through stockings. Back they went. I ended up getting the Larrun in the same color, which is more casual but much more comfortable.

Nice looking shoe, unworkable fit. Like other reviewers have said, yes they run wide. Not only are they wide, but the shoes is not very tall. That means when they gap open at the top you can see the inside of the shoe! Worst part of the fit: there is arch support, but the distance from the heel to the arch is way too short. Maybe it is the same distance in all sizes but it does NOT work in a Size 11! The arch inside the shoe is not even close to my arch so it feels like I am standing on a lump.

The left shoe fit ok, the right shoe slipped all around. Pretty sure my feet aren't that different. I felt the "snakeskin" looked cheap. Too bad because the arch support and footbed felt amazing! I am keeping a different pair of Vionics, but I'm sorry these were off.

These are very stylish, but after a short while my heels get rubbed raw. I tried some padded moleskin on the insides of the shoes. That made them a little smaller lengthwise, but still rubs my heels. I wanted to wear them on vacation, but went back to the tried-and-true: sneakers.

So sad. Had to return. This is a beautiful shoe and very unique with outstanding arch support. But like other reviewers said, the stiff heel is the devil! It's cut way too low and hurts badly. I usually wear a 6. A 6 in this shoe is way too big and the 5 is too small. Vionic really needs to make this in half sizes. Such a shame.

I really wants to like these shoes, but ultimately, I had to return them. I have flat feet and have dealt with plantar fasciitis for years, so flats are really hard for me to buy. I was hoping that something with this much support would be a winner. There were things I liked, but not enough. Pros: AWESOME arch and heel support. I really do mean it. The insert in these is pretty incredible, and I've never seen another flat quite like it. The style is also pretty cute. Cons: To accommodate the insert, the shoe itself is probably a half- to a whole size larger than my normal 7.5 size shoes. This, coupled with the pointed toe (which I usually like in a flat) made my feet look HUGE. Like clown shoe big. I couldn't look past that. Also, the heel cup makes this really embarrassing noise when you walk (you know what I'm talking about... like passing gas). Sadly, they had to go back.

I am a huge fan of Vionic shoes, but these are only so-so. Cute enough, but the usual support and comfort isn't there. I swapped out the insoles for a pair of Vionic Reliefs, and that helped somewhat. The heel is stiff and digs in, so I had to add a liner there. These shoes are fine if you need something a little dressy and can't do heels, but I wouldn't be able to wear them all day.

Beautiful shoe. I loved it. Just so disappointed with Vionic on the fit of this shoe. I really wish it fit and I could keep it. It was too wide and too big. I'm normally a perfect size 6 in almost all shoes but especially Vionic. A 5 would have been too small and it doesn't come in a 5 1/2. I'll get the Minna flats instead.

I tried these on in a store and hoped Zappos would have a better choice of widths. These shoes don't fit narrow feet and your reviews show that. I really wanted these shoes to replace some I ruined. Please let the manufacturer see how many reviews said too wide and hopefully they will give us "narrow foot people" more choices.

sadly these shoes were just not comfortable for me. i have over 20 pairs of Vionics and love them, but these felt very stiff and hurt my feet. they were very cute but i had to return them

These were huge! I would have tried a half size down, but apparently Vionic doesn't make a 5.5.

I really wanted to like these, but they are going back. The style was great; I liked the leopard print and the calf-hair material. As for fit, they have great arch support, but these were just uncomfortable to me. The edges felt stiff and they kept slipping off my heels. I have Vionic sandals and flip-flops I love, but not these flats. Maybe I am just spoiled by living in Florida and not wearing "real shoes" most of the year.

WOW these are probably the most comfortable flats I've tried on. They actually have arch support! Unfortunately my issue was with the style. These look a bit old-lady-ish, otherwise I would have loved to keep them. They run large. I wear a 9 in flats and these were slightly too big.

The heel pinched some, and the arch of the shoe did not hit my arch quite right, a bit too far back. The materials are all very high quality, and the non-slip sole is awesome. But alas, they are going back.
