These take forever to break in but it's worth it! I wore them around the house a lot, even with socks on when it was cold. I got them wet several times (damp, not soaked)and wore them until they dried, which left a few small spots in the color but helped soften up the leather quite a bit, and form to the shape of my foot. They are a million times more comfortable now than when I first got them but my feet do get a little sore after wearing them all day. I usually wear a 7 in sandals and the 38 fit perfectly.

This was the most uncomfortable sandal i have ever put on my foot. It is very sad to say that, since it is made by a business in which Palestinians and Jews work together. However, i think the shoe itself might violate the Geneva convention. Oy.

I like the open ankle area. the toe strap is tight, but will loosen with time. if you order the bigger size, the toe fits, but the shoe is more floppy. I wet them and wore them. the dye did not transfer to my feet. they are easy to get into and look great with skirts or pants.

These are really cute sandals. I read some of the reviews about poor support, but I don't agree they are close to flat but not totally flat so there is a bit of arch support but if you are used to super supportive shoes these may not meet your expectations. I normally wear an 8.5 so I had to size up to a 9 and the fit great. If they feel narrow, keep in mind that they are made of really good leather so it's going to stretch out really well and conform to your feet.

Right now - these shoes are my #1 most complimented shoes. These are high quality leather shoes - the leather is heavy and stiff at first, but after a couple of wears are very comfortable. I have worn them all day a couple of times. I will definitely buy other pairs by this designer.

Fit true to size. They take a few days to break in and soften up but once they do... They are SO comfortable!

I’m simply in love.

I have been looking for gray sandals and these are a beautiful shade of gray. Being leather, they need to be worn a few times to work in the leather, but all in all they are comfortable and attractive. They run true to size as well and are handmade.

In order to make this shoe comfortable I will need to use leather softener and use a shoe stretcher so the leather doesn't press harshly against me feet. The quality is good but the leather is not soft. There is no place on the shoes, the tag, or the box that says where the shoes were made. I sure hope they were really made in Jerusalem and not China

They are fantastic! I love the smell of leather and you can smell it as soon as you open the lid. I am a size 6.5/7 depending on the type of shoe. I ordered a 7 and they fit perfect.

These are nice sandals...similar to Bort-Catltons...for those remembering the 70's. Will take about of breaking in...they squeak a bit!. However for those looking for leather a good choice. The tiny tongue on the buckle needs to be beefier...but pricing right.

These looked nice and were what I hoped for, thick and stiff leather sandals that seemed as if they'd break in well with age. Something I didn't expect is that the sole isn't leather, but rather some kind of firm foam. The reason I'm returning them is that the back-of-the-foot strap was way too big for me. I probably could have had a new hole created to make it fit, but I don't feel up for a trip to the cobbler right now.

It is taking longer than I expected to "break" them in. It could just be because of a long winter the skin between my toes needs to be toughened up. I'm still working on this.

I love the look of these sandals but found them uncomfortable. The leather isn't soft enough.

I loved the rich brown color (as it is difficult to find) but had to return them because the straps between my toes was too uncomfortable! It's a shame the leather was not softer.

I loved these shoes but the strap between the toes was killer. There was no way of wearing these shoes for any time at all. As much as I hate it, they have to go back.

The fit was too long on the straps on the side, were very long and had no strap to place them in so they flapped around.

Cute, but very uncomfortable. The strap between the toes is squared off and cuts into the skin. Have worn several times, but still uncomfortable.

These are terrible. The orange color looks like it was spray painted on and was lighter in areas. The strap was very long and even with the buckle secured in the last hole the sandal would not be tight enough. Also the square holder on the side that the strap slides through sticks up in a funny way. They are on their way back.
