I love the feel of this vest and can tell that it is going to perfect for those cold mornings when I don't want to wear a full coat. I had to return the small that I ordered for a medium because the small wouldn't even zip. I am a true size 4 and wear a small in everything but these run very small.

GREAT VEST. LOVE THE STYLE, FIT, AND FUNCTION. NOT A BOX LIKE SOME WOMEN'S VESTS; SLIGHTLY SHAPED, BUT NOT TIGHT.

To say I love this vest is an understatement. I appreciate that it's not super bulky so I can layer under a jacket if really cold but it toasty enough on its own to wear with a long sleeve or sweater.

Very nice, super lightweight vest. Haven't had a chance to try it out in the Northern Michigan cold weather yet. Fits snug, but true to Columbia's sizing (I ordered a Medium because I have a Columbia jacket in that size, and it was perfect.) Very comfortable and flattering.

The vest is beautifully crafted. I feel like I got a quality I was looking for. It is warm without having 3 inches of puffy down filling which is ideal. I love it. The green is everythibb

I ordered this for my GF as her Valentines Day gift. She loves the fit and style and color. The reflective Omni Heat is perfect over a light top. I was so impressed with the fit and functionality that I ordered the men's version for myself.

The vest is perfect for cool days playing golf. The liner keeps me warm, and the vest allows me to swing freely.

Love this vest. I wear vests in winter quite often. I live in Minnesota and wear this when it is zero degrees and warmer. Great for when you are going in and out of places. Love the slimmer fit of this vest. For reference, I am 5'4" 135 lbs. and the medium fit great.

This vest runs small in the chest area on me but it fit nicely on my curvy body. And it's very warm. I love it. I bought this vest in green & wine color. And the colors are so rich & bold, good quality & I am so happy with the look. I love the thin look but still pack with warmth. It's going to Iceland with me in May.

I really like this vest. I'm usually a sm-med in Patagonia or TNF vests and this one I sent the small back for an XS. I can still fit a quarter zip or thin athletic jacket underneath. for me it is a little more snug in chest area (32-34d) broader shoulders, small waisted, but I can still move well and it doesn't look too tight. I thinks it's warmer than Patagonia Nano and just as warm as TNF thermoball.

I love love love this vest! Wether I use it underneath my ski jacket for extra warmth, over a sweatshirt for walks, or just over a t-shirt for a casual day, I make this vest part of my outfit almost everyday. It is super light weight but keeps me plenty warm with the omni-heat technology. It is also not overly puffy so it looks sliming when you wear it. Highly would recommend it as a staple in any women's closet!

This vest is amazing. I bought it in black a little over a year ago, so I have had time to find what's good and bad about it. In summary there is very little not to like. As someone who hates being cold or even a little chilly; I frequently layer it under a woollen hoodie, a waterproof shell or a leather coat but leave the vest on when I get to where I am going. I can also layer it under my long Columbia Hexbreaker jacket. It sometimes feels like I wear it for days at a time. From about last September onwards I barely took it off. I wore it (1/2 to 3/4 zipped) at my desk in work (especially in colder parts of the building e.g. the lower floors) and around town. Our office isn't freezing but it's chilly sometimes when windows are constantly opened or when doors are left open for too long. While I sometimes wear it when I get home; I usually swap it in favour of my long Columbia Hexbreaker jacket, just because it has sleeves. The vest wraps you in a wonderfully warm bubble of air and is ideal for wearing for hours at a time. Even when you take if off you can feel the huge warmth retained by the baffles on the inside of the vest. Just like any down filled outerwear you can benefit by putting it on and zipping it up (the higher the better) about 5 minutes before you head outdoors. This allows the down to absorb your body heat in advance of being outside. The Omniheat lining amplifies this effect meaning you are comfortably warm as you leave. If it's extra chilly when I'm out and about I particularly like to get even more cosy by fully zipping into the collar. I just wish the collar was thicker and had a soft lining (I realise the Columbia Heavenly vest has a better collar and has those features). Since it has a cute form fitting shape I often get compliments when wearing it. I love the way the vest tapers inwards about half down, it makes it look more stylish and maybe even a little bit sexy. Either way more interesting than just being straight all the way down. I love touching the super smooth nylon of this vest (the same as my long Columbia Hexbreaker jacket). My tactile friends (also discussed in my other review) love patting down each front baffle, sliding their hands all the way down the back of the vest or along the side baffles, all of this while I'm wearing it! I even let them wear the vest if they ask nicely. When they feel it's warmth they realize why I like it so much. I'm a UK size 12 and the medium fits me perfectly even with a heavy sweatshirt on. The arm holes of the vest are generously sized make it easy to put on. The vest is versatile enough for me to wear without being too warm from September all the way to the end of April which leads to playful comments such as "I see you've got your usual armour on!" I also wanted to provide some tips from having the vest for the past year: The zip on the front has an inner baffle that is excellent at keeping the wind out. Unlike the Columbia Hexbreaker jacket I don't find this zip gets stuck. Gusts of wind can come right at you, but they won't get inside in the vest. The zips easy pull toggle (shown in Columbia product pictures) makes it easier to adjust when my hands are cold or when I'm wearing padded ski gloves on those extra cold days. Make use of the pockets since they are fleece lined and are really comfortable. The pockets absorb your body heat from the baffles on the front of the vest. They are so good they are almost a substitute for wearing gloves. If you don't believe me, put your hands in the pockets right after putting the vest on and then try again in 2 to 3 minutes, the difference is very noticeable. If the dress code of where you work or wherever you are isn't too fussy and you feel chilly enough, leave this vest on when you get there; at least 1/2 zipped if you can. I found most people don't care if you wear a padded vest like this indoors. After all you're not wearing a full jacket with sleeves but just another layer to stay warm. This ties into my other tip above about warming up the vest before venturing outside. I wear mine in the office (although not to meetings), coffee shops etc. I do since there's no point in being feeling chilly when you can cocoon yourself in the warmth of this smart looking vest. If you get too warm or someone thinks you're rude for wearing a jacket indoors, simply take it off. If you don't find this review useful, please leave a comment why and I'll try to answer it for you. Thanks.

Great product! It's lightweight, but warm. Perfect for layering or wearing around the house on chilly days. I love the color -- it is BRIGHT and fun. Love the Columbia Omni-heat technology, with the added natural down -- perfect warmth. Deep pockets are a nice asset. I'm 5'2", 130 pounds, "petite" build and I don't like tight fitting styles. This is perfect -- tailored, not tight. Just what you need to be warm.

I love this vest, the warmth is incredible and even though it looks like a disco ball on the inside, is very fashionable and the material is soft and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a warm vest. I ended up getting a medium so that I can wear it on top of sweaters and jackets. It is thin enough, if you prefer to wear it under your layers, that is wouldn't look too puffy. 5 stars!
