Beautifully made and great, semi-rustic style. Extremely comfortable with good arch support. Dark wood leather is supple and waterproof. Sole is sturdy and looks like it will provide excellent traction in slick conditions. Feels true to size if you wear thin to medium socks. Consider going up a half size if you plan to wear really thick socks with these boots.

I'm a huge fan of Olukais-- I own two pairs of Moalas and flips. So when Olukai introduced these boots, I was all in. I know that Olukais run big. Still, I ordered a full size larger than I normally wear in Olukais, knowing that I'd be wearing thicker socks with these boots. I couldn't even net one on my foot-- they were THAT small. In fact, they were so small and tight that loosening the lace to the point where the tongue flipped completely out did no good. Wish I could have reviewed them. Wish I could have liked them. My only advice: Consider buying a full size and a half up. Even then, it probably will take a lot of trial and error to find something that fits you.

Very well made boot, excellent quality and style and is extremely comfortable. You will need to trim the laces because they are too long.

Reviews indicating the boots were small were wrong. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal and the boots were way too long. They do seem to run narrow, though. Otherwise, they are beautifully made with great materials.

Overall, these are fantastic boots - very well made, good-looking, and comfortable. I've been wearing them almost a year, and often, and they look and feel practically new. I only have one complaint, and it's an unusual one: the soles are extremely slippery on even slightly wet smooth surfaces, far more than any other shoes I own. I have learned I cannot wear these boots when it rains or snows or when there is any moisture on the ground, because on smooth or even semi-smooth surfaces (tile floors, linoleum, etc.) they slip and slide as if on ice.

The upper leather on these boots is great. I have been wearing mine for over a year and they are holding up well and still look great. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the soles of these boots. The tread and heal have worn down badly starting after only 4 mo or so. There are 3 screws in the heal and these become exposed and have to be broken off if they don’t do so on there own. One of them now also squeaks when I walk which is irritating. I have been happy with the look of these though. If they could be resoled and new insoles added I bet I would wear them for a while longer.
