Hard to tell what the width and arch support is like because the sizing is way off - at least a full size. I wear a 10, and it felt like a 9, at best. I got the black and, based on the photo, expected it to look like a black denim, but it's actually sparkly black denim, which is not the look I was going for. Returned without trying out the next size.

Attractive shoe but not true to size for me; big toes ran right into the end of shoe. Absolutely wouldn't allow socks to be worn in colder months. Also there was something around the tongue of the left shoe that rubbed my foot. Love the shoe style but not for me.

These shoes are perfect for my low arch feet. Put them on, wore all day with no break in. Wearing them with the full support option. They are somewhere between minimalist shoes and regular tennis shoes. The Zipper is nice for easier slip on. These are KEEPERS!

These shoes are fairly cute. The black has a shimmer to it, which I really liked. I had to return these though because they were too narrow for my foot, even with the laces loosened. I don't have a wide foot at all, but just couldn't get the zipper up over the top of my foot. They also lacked the heel and arch support I need to keep my plantar fasciitis from hurting.

For a show that's supposed to maximize comfort - you've got to have steel feet with no need for any padding. Really stiff!

Too wide. I measured according to their fit recommendations....which gave me a half-size larger than I usually wear. Based on recs to order up a half size, added another half size. Shoe is too long, and I still can't get the zipper to close on my foot.

These are dariling shoes, but I am returning for the second time. I did as suggested and ordered 1/2 size larger the first time. They were too small. So I returned for a second pair and they were 1 full size larger than my usual 6 1/2. The fit was ok but the arch on the insole was a good 3/4 of an inch closer to my heel than the arch of the shoe. Very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed. Also the fancy way of lacing the shoes makes it difficult to tighten the shoe to fit your foot. Love Zappos but not these shoes.
