I am so disappointed that these were too wide for me in the heel, since they are kind of my holy grail running errands shoe. They are cute enough to wear like a regular flat (well, for the most part), and they have full tennis-shoe-style support and shock absorption. Also the heel isn't white, which I liked. Excellent arch support. Unfortunately my heel came out of them when I walked.

These shoes have great padding and support but they are so wide at the heel that it was like essentially wearing a flip flop.

When I put them on, they felt wonderful,but they are so loose in the heel I have to return them.My heel comes completely out when I take a step.Can't go down in size either.I am so disappointed.

These must have been mis-labeled. I usually wear a size 7.5 to 8, and these felt like a size 9! Otherwise, they're very comfy. Great arch support and good shock absorption. I'm not sure how well the blue suede would wear though.

I had ordered this a half-size smaller (it was the second pair I ordered) but this pair seemed smaller than the first pair. I am returning it for a half-size larger. Love the shoe...very comfortable when it fits properly.

The shoes are very stylish but feel a little stiff. I hope they soften up a little with repeated wear. They are comfortable and a good fit. Good arch support.

I needed a casual but supportive low wedge to wear with jeans and/or dress pants but that didn't look too dressy. This show is super comfortable and the black is not too sporty looking to wear to work. Like others, I read the reviews that said to order down a size, unfortunately, I did and now need to order my true size. Maybe some colors don't run large. I'm an 8.5 and ordered a 8, and they're way too tight. But, the support in this shoe makes it worth the exchange! This shoe replaces a similar pair of Sketchers that look great but have no arch support. I think they're going to be worth the price.

Beautiful blue suede. Good arch and soft, but firm footbed. Very elegant and well made. I ordered the 8 1/2. Fit was nice, but exchanged it for the 9 to give a bit more room for bunions. Hides them wonderfully with comfort. The maryjane mesh I wear 8 1/2 comfortably.

I do not know why it says to order half a size down. I did just that and they were too tight. I ordered the Coco as well, which is the same shoe in a different material. I ordered those in my usual size and they fit perfectly. Because of the size problem I cannot really speak about the comfort, although the Coco is amazing in that regard and I want to order all four colors. I also love the Mary Janes for comfort (but not style). Speaking of colors, I wish all three of the styles I ordered came in more interesting colors as well as the basics. A fresh green would be my wish. Maybe a deep lilac and a pink. I am thrilled to have discovered this brand. I do like the little silver cutout on this shoe. I have ordered a second pair of Mary Janes and will probably end up ordering another pair of Cocos. I am not sure if I will order my normal size in these yet. These are great shoes all around. I am hoping for more pretty spring styles soon.

I wear 8.5 wide. I ordered 8.5. They were a little snug in the width, but maybe they would stretch. THEN I WALKED ACROSS THE ROOM.... and my heel slipped so much I couldn't keep them on. Too bad. They are really cute, have a lot of shock absorbsion. Would look good with pants or leggings. I'm so tired of mary janes. I wanted them to work out. Ain't gonna happen.

Feels like a #7 3/4 length & medium width. My heel was slipping a little but I wouldn't be able to go smaller because my toes would rub. Feel like this shoes could be broken in but I will have to return because the top of shoe rubs against bone on big toes.

Comfortable except a half size too small (short in length) for a size 10 medium.

Love the style, but they were just a little too big with my orthodic. My foot was too apt to slip out and I decided they needed to be returned. If you leave in their innersole, It wold be perfect.

Not the best looking shoe but really really comfortable. Tempts to keep them but I think I wouldn't wear them.

Based on previous reviews, I was hoping these would be comfortable and accommodate a custom orthotic. Unfortunately they were both a bit too long and not nearly deep enough, even with the insole the shoe comes with removed. Returning.

I get why my physical therapist raves about this brand. The flats are almost as adjustable as a sandal, and they through in a inside heel pad, as well as other features to make them fit. But I'd rather just have shoes that fit. Also, they were heavier than I anticipated, making them unsuitable for throwing them in my suitcase as a backup.

I wanted to like these shoes because they are incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, they do run a bit big and there is no 10½ so back they go.

These shoes could be really nice, but, the fit is off. I read many reviews about them sliding off the heel and ordered anyway. They do slip off the heel badly and I figured out why. I wear a 9.5 in all styles of shoes. I ordered a 9.5. and these had nearly and inch of space at the back of the heel so no way these would stay on. They have a GREAT wider toe box and that allows the foot to slide forward out of the heel. I order a 9 instead and the fit is much better. But, they still slip off my heel. I like the suede, I like the insole a lot and I like that you can adjust how stiff/hard the heel is by removing the rubber bars. Since these really want to come off my feet. I ordered the Mary Jane 2.0 and problem solved. In the Mary Jane, they were true to fit and I needed a 9.5. If you have trouble with these, try the mary janes.

Ordered the shoes in two colors, beige and black. Tried the black ones on - they felt fine. However, after throwing away the boxes, I tried on the beige and they are very uncomfortable. I don't know if I can return them without the box.

It's not a good sign when the manufacturer includes a heal pad with the shoe. Even with it the shoe still felt big. I normally wear a 6 wide but this was a 6.5 B which I can also wear often. This shoe had a very wide heel and even with the heel pad it was still sloshy. I liked the look but it just didn't work.

I love this shoe, I love the fit, except for the fact that the shoes bow out in the middle. Even when just standing. Looks very weird. And I'm afraid that with wear they will loosen and bow even more. Very disappointed.

I wanted this as a travelling shoe but I would have had to break them in for at least a couple of months. Cute but stiff.

These were both significantly longer and wider (felt more like 10.5) and I felt like I was swimming in them. They did seem like they might rub, but the fit was too wrong to even worry about that.
