Sandal season is approaching and I have had to buy anew pair of NON_REVERE sandals as the ones i bought from your company lost their ability to fasten within a few weeks of purchase. I contacted the company soon after and their solution was to post them back to West Australia for them to check ! This involved expense and inconvenience for me and winter descended with no action from either party.
I am contacting the company now because I paid nearly $200 for a pair of sndals I was able to wear for a couple of weeks - I am not Cinderella, nor am i related to the Rockerfellers. I find the company's treatment of me as contemptuous and dismissive and I would never think about buying another of their products!!!
