Get a size smaller than what is recommended, for ladies at least.

I was looking for a jacket that I could throw on to go to the gym or walk my dog in the spring. I wont be running in it. For an easy throw on jacket it works for me. I'm 5'0 and 108 pounds with a short torso. I bought an XS, it fits but the torso is too long. It doesn't sit well on my hips and bunches at the top, back of the jacket, but I knew that would most likely happen, as it does with all of these types of jackets. Because nobody makes PETITE.

Would love to keep this product but I'm returning because of fit. I would order the next size up if it were still available. That's what I get for waiting so long to purchase.

I ordered this jacket in a small cause that's my normal size. I'm 5'7" and built like an athlete. The jacket has an area in the back where it gathers together. It makes the fit more flattering. This just made the small too small for me, so I'm going to return it and try a medium.

Vaporous grey is actually a beige color, not what I was expecting. The style and fit are very flattering. It's an interesting twist, blending a sweatshirt and a thermoball jacket.

Don't like the sleeves at all.

If you have a slim teen, perfect jacket. Loved how this was an alternative look to the ever so popular typical North Face jacket that all teens love to wear these days. The only wish is that sleeves were lined a little thicker for added warmth. The sweatshirt type material keeps it from being a jacket to wear in much colder weather. Still would suggest for average teen that doesn't want puffy winter coat to wear to school everyday as long as your temps are not habitually below 40. My teen will not wear a puffy coat to school due to no where to store at school, so this was perfect.

I bought the jacket for my mother as a gift; however, she didn't like it because she said it didn't fit her

I ordered this to use as a light jacket, but it fits more like a great sweatshirt. It looks fabulous though and I wear it often. I would not use this as a jacket layer over a sweatshirt. Instead use this in place of a sweatshirt since its very fitting.

Bought this for my wife. Materials are good. Can't say how it's going to feel until the cold season starts.

Comfy and can't wait to wear to the gym and hikes this fall!

Great looking fleece and felt super nice!! Unfortunately I had to return it as was too big for me! I'm English and got the sizing wrong! Otherwise would recommend it !

I bought this jacket for our Europe trip but have worn it in cool mornings around town! It is warm and light weight at the same time!

Love this jacket outdoors and indoors. Great for summer layering while camping or as a casual, everyday jacket.

I really like this jacket! Like all NorthFace gear, it's well made and is of excellent quality. I love the style and color, and I like that it's light weight. It's perfect for a walk outside or a sports event.

Perfect jacket for the person who doesn't like a big coat. Great for running errands in and out of the car. Not very warm for standing outside at the bus stop. Love the hood, the perfect amount of coverage.

Ran a little to big and took me forever to find the logo and it was all black. If I'm going to have a north face I kinda want the logo visible

Many compliments, pretty color, however, I get it dirty too fast. Sleeves are like a t-shirt that get dirty easily. Denali MUCH more durable.

It's a cute jacket but it didn't fit or flatter the way it did on the model in the pictures. It was too tight at the bottom. Going up a size would have been too big in the chest and shoulders. Sadly, it went back. Probably better for someone with a flat stomach and narrow hips

The fabric color match between torso and sleeves could be better. I purchased it to be a layering piece for winter running, it will work well.

While this jacket would have great if it fit, the only stretch it has is up and down. I couldn't even zip it up. I was really disappointed because I was looking for a light weight rain jacket for colder days. I had to return it because I couldn't wear it.

It is a nice looking jacket but I thought it would be warmer. It's way too short, I am only 5'2" and it doesn't even cover my butt. Disappointed for the price I paid $200 plus dollars!

Agree with others that say the middle was too tight, which makes it bunch up strangely (no, I do not have a big belly!), and going up a size would make it too big elsewhere. But my biggest irritation is I specifically ordered the black (which they didn't have in the store but the gal said they would order for me), and it is definitely more of a dark blue. Super cute color, but I wear all black and grey, so it isn't what I was looking for. Did anyone else notice that with the color? Perhaps I misunderstood the black, but seems like the salesperson would have warned me if the color was more blue than black if that was intended. I have been looking all over for the perfect sweatshirt hoodie type jacket to throw over my clothes to go to the gym, and I really thought this was it. Sadly, seems like I am back on the hunt.
