I ordered my regular size and the shoe fit perfectly. I walk 5+ miles a day and the GEL-Kahana is very comfortable.

These sneakers are so comfortable. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and these sneakers have very good arch support. I love them!

I love them. I'm on my feet 8 hours a day. They are comfortable.

Lots of support and cushion. First time I wore them did a rock climbing 5 mile mini hike and they felt great. Good traction and no pressure points.

I love these sneakers! I have been a fan of ASICS forever and this style is by far my favorite. They are becoming more difficult to come by , I hope they are not discontinued. I am plus size and am on my feet all day, while I can't wear these at work because they are not slip resistant, I have worn these all day for a few days at amusement parks and my feet feel better than my work shoes. I also wear these to walk 2 miles everyday and they are perfect. I hope they are not going away!

I've been wearing this model shoe for many years and appreciate that it's quality remains topnotch.

I've experienced multiple plantar fascia injuries over the years and discovered that Asics provide the arch support I need to help prevent further injury. The footbed is perfect for my feet - exactly the right length and width, with the arch support in just the right spot. My only complaint is the laces need to be a couple inches longer so I have an easier time tying them.

absolutely the best shoe I have ever worn for traversing rough, uneven footing. Pasture, woods, hiking, you name it this shoe offers the best support.

I've loved ASICS for years as a runner, and I look forward to using these shoes for that purpose in a couple of months. Right now, though, I am 38 weeks pregnant with my fourth child and even a little bit of walking has been making my lower back/hips kill me. In the past, I have never invested in running shoes specifically designed to address my overpronation problem, even though I knew I should, so I figured now would be a good time to try it. During my previous pregnancies my Chaco sandals have had enough arch support to keep my hips aligned and help with the pain, but this time the weather has been too cold to wear them and I was miserable. I ordered these and while I still have hip pain, I am able to handle doing a lot more in a day if I am wearing these than I was before. They fit perfectly and were comfortable straight out of the box, so I expect them to be fantastic for running too when that time comes again, and I will be able to run much more comfortably with my overpronation under control. My only concern for running is that the heel feels high enough they might make it difficult not to heel strike.

I have worn this ASICS model shoe for years. I love it. No break in period needed. Just put them on and start walking. From the description it is officially a running shoe, but I am just a walker.

Love them!! The comfort, support and size are absolutely perfect. Wear them everyday because the support is amazing for my lower back pain

I am on my second pair because of the fantastic lateral and arch support but because of the support they are a little stiffer. Love these for trail running and hiking/walking. Only downside is they don't have great heal strike cushion so I have Asics Nimbus for street running. My street shoes are 9-9.5; Kahana 8 are 9.5 and they fit great.

Perfect for wide foot and narrow heel!! I have owned several pairs of ASICS - perfect fit for my feet! Very comfortable.

I bought this shoe for walking around my ranch. Mostly sand & rock. Very comfortable right out of the box. I added Superfeet inserts for the perfect fit. I bought my usual Asics size 9 (street shoe size 8.5). I do use a medium thickness sock as I have narrow fee. This color combination hides dirt and dust as well. Love this shoe.

These are comfortable right away. No need to break them in.
