Absolutely love this coat! The fit is perfect! It is so warm and so stylish. I am a size 8 and I got a large. It fits like a glove!

I love the length. I have a longer coat that I love, too, but this is going to be great for cold weather and dog walks. Sleeves long but for me, one turn up and you can't even tell. Love that.

I love this coat. I bout it to go as an outer later for a snow trip i was going on. It is so versatile that i wore it in the snow and i also wore it back home on just an average chilly day. It is SO soft, fluffy and light! It has quickly become my favorite coat.

Great bubble jacket! Classic black look that allows this jacket to be either dressed up or dressed down.

Wear all the time

I love this coat. As a skier I've been purchasing North Face outerwear for years. I love the fit and style of this coat and it is so fit weight I can take it with me anywhere.

I wanted this product last year and I tried it on in the store and I couldn't fit it, I was so sad when I seen that it didn't go up into a bigger size, I couldn't even get the zipper to zip up. But I ordered it online this year and it came and I was able to fit it and I was so happy.

Coat is not an athletic piece. Love the style and weight the best. Warmth is a given and one of the initial reasons I purchased. It was a bitter cold day in NYC and the warmth and length kept me warm all day long!!

I use the parka in cold weather

I've only been able to wear this parka a few days because I bought it on sale at the end of the season, but I'm looking for cold opportunities to wear it more! It's super cozy, like wearing sleeping bag. It's like being out in public in your pajamas, but nobody knows because you look dressed up! I love the green color, the cushy-soft loose-turtle-neck-like collar and the deep cozy pockets. I joined the astronomy club it will be the perfect parka to go stargaze in warmth, comfort and style!

I am extremely busy and out every day for almost 6 hours walking and taking classes or attending to business. Despite the negative reviews I read about the zipper not working or difficulty, and the coat shedding goose feathers. I found not such difficulties. In fact I have worn the coat 7 days a week for the last three weeks in NYC. I am relieved that the coat is so light and warm; it's extremely comfortable and attractive. I've worm the coat to concerts, formal dinners, restaurant engagement, classes and to the supermarket as well as evry day activities. My quilted down North Face as replaced my heavy sherling coat!.

I have recently moved from the south to the Catskills in upstate NY, and have been in need of a good winter coat. I can throw this on over just about anything, without feeling like I am "suiting up" to go outside for a long, or short spell. I cam wear it in the mountains, I can wear it in a city and feel good! And I love the giant pockets!

I've been wearing this jacket everyday since I got it. Love it!!! Keeps my legs nice n warm.

It's very comfortable overall. Some of the feathers came out at the begging Ning but seem to have subsided after the first few wears. I wear the jacket daily and receive positive comments on it every week!

I have several NF coats I love them all. Definitely worth the price.

Let's face it--looking chic in a practical down-filled coat is a challenge. But this coat makes it almost possible. The shape is flattering, and I love the off-centered zipper. The pattern of the quilting is quite artsy, especially from the back view. The zippered pockets are inconspicuous, but are there when you need them, lined with a soft flannel type material. The oversize collar seems rather glam, and I think it will be quite snuggly when the wind blows. My biggest dilemma was weather to buy the black or the deep garnet red. Ever practical, I bought the black, but would love to have the red as well. I travel quite a bit from the northern U.S. to the Southwest and in the winter need a warm coat on the northern end of my trips. This coat will easily compress into a tote when not needed. I am excited about this purchase.

I love it, this is my first north face jacket and I loved it, it's cozy and soft. Definitely I'll buy another!

I use this jacket for every day living

This coat is very stylish warm and cute ! However I did return it for another style only because of the fit ! If your a curvy or busty women it will completely change your shape it wasn’t very flattering especially the back.

Get others as gift!

I wear this coat daily in cold weather & it's great!
