I love the style and fit. The only thing I'd say could use improvement is the sleeves. They're hard to push up if needed, and you can roll them either. I'm a healthcare worker, and wash my hands constantly. Otherwise, love it!

Great everyday jacket

I wear it daily fall and winter! I got it in black to go with everything!

I'm a resident surgeon working at a hospital during this pandemic. I bought myself this for my FREEZING work room with the very generous 50% healthcare worker discount (during the time when these jackets qualified) and I would 100% buy this at full price. The fleece is thick and washes very well (because hospitals, yuck) without pilling. For the most part, it keeps me warm except when I'm sitting right under the air vent - might have to get the hooded version to prevent against that. It certainly is an active-wear piece though - I can be cold while just sitting but as soon as I'm taking the stairs, I start sweating if I have it zipped up. With the relaxed fit, this runs a bit on the larger size. I'm 5'9" and 145lbs with very long arms; I bought the large but think I'll try the small next time. I got a more fitted piece at the same time, in a medium as well, and that's also roomier than I anticipated.

Love this jacket for the drive to work. Keeps me nice and warm but not too bulky. Does run big so I would think about ordering a size down.

Love it! Do note that I got a size smaller in this than I did in other NF fleeces, but it is my "normal" size.

Bought it as a gift for my wife's birthday. She loves it. It is a very nice light blue color. Would buy it again. Highly recommend.

When it is really cold, I wear the Osito jacket underneath and it keeps me toasty always.

I had this same jacket for years and recently had to replace it only because my puppy chewed the zipper. It still looked good even after years of use. Love the blue color!

I needed a good fleece jacket to get me through the transition weather, and this one fit the bill and is quite an overachiever because I'm also using it through the winter! Fleece is high quality, does not pill, and super warm for its weight. Paired with another thinner fleece underneath, it rivals a bubble coat for above-freezing NY winters, especially when you can't handle the bulk (like I do when I'm on my scooter or e-bike). It runs large for the size, probably to make room for a thick sweater to wear underneath - i bought the recommended XL but could probably get away with an L. i hope North Face will make clothes for petites as the sleeves are extraordinarily long, and you can't really have them altered or you'd ruin the whole jacket. Still, a great buy!
