This coat is heavier than my other North Face coats but very, very warm!

This jacket is made with water resistant which is great for those rainy day. It's true to size and if you get a size bigger you can wear a good fleece sweater under it for the colder winter days.

This jacket was a great purchase. The inside is very cozy and warm. Perfect for football games.

Too large at the shoulders

I LOVED the look and feel of this jacket! It's not quite fully blue, not quite purple, but just gorgeous! The sleek outside with the super soft interior would have been amazing, however, it was not very warm, unfortunately. It was only those two layers of fabric, which would work for spring/fall weather in the Midwest, but not not San Francisco weather. Also, fair warning to those with very little endowments, I feel they tried to make the coat so it would work for women with larger chests and therefore, if you have a small chest, it does bubble there when fully zipped. If it had been warm enough, I would have overlooked that given how beautiful it is. Unfortunately, for the price, it just wasn't worth it to keep.

I ordered this because I don't wear black. I only wear Navy. It said Bright Navy. IT IS NOT NAVY. It's Purple and black Herringbone with a purple fleece lining. It's very pretty but it made me very angry because I spent $160-170 on a color I don't wear. I don't wear purple or black.

This is supposed to have a more relaxed fit, but the arms are very slim. I have very skinny arms and I found to too tight from elbow to wrist.

Was sooo excited to receive this jacket! However, when it finally arrived I was so disappointed to see it didn't match the one I ordered. I chose the solid black one, but instead I got black but with white stitches everywhere. It has a very feminine look but the stitches just didn't work with it. It's been returned but hoping I will find something like the one pictured one day...

The jacket displayed in the picture is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I saw and read online. The displayed picture was an "all black" jacket (besides the stitchings of the brand) but when it was delivered to me, the stitches on the jacket were "white" and no where in the description box was it described that. Also, the quality of the jacket is TOTAL OPPOSITE of the "Men's Apex Chromium Thermal Jacket" displayed in store. The women's jacket is much more stiffed and rough, fleece in the jacket is not as soft and fluffy, and most importantly, it DID NOT FIT!!! If you are a small, order a medium because it will not zip! This is like an outlet quality jacket that I've bought for a full retail store price. Personally returned the jacket and had the associate take a look at the jacket, online display, and compared it to the Men's... Even they were shocked at how much of a difference the jacket was.

I was disappointed when this coat arrived because unlike the online photo of it, it has white stitching on both shoulders & under the arms around the waist. The picture on TNF website shows all black w/black stitching. I wish it looked like the website shows.

When I first ordered this jacket I couldn't have been more thrilled, however when I received it I was instantly disappointed. The stitching on the black version is shown to be black, but is bright white in person which completely changes the look. The outside material looks/ feels cheap and the inside material is not nearly as fluffy as it appears. And if all that is not enough, I followed the sizing chart and it was wayyyyy too big. Overall I was very unhappy with this purchase!
