Pretty shoe but the length is more for a half size smaller. The arch didn't fit my foot either and I'm beginning to think I wear a 13.5 in Asics. Sad, because I haven't yet seen a 13.5 women's in Asics.

I bought these to replace my 17s. I had to go up a half size from my 17s but otherwise they fit similarly. These seem to have more heel cushioning which I like, but they do come up a but more in the back. I'm hoping these hold up as well as the previous cumulus models.

I have worn Asics for over ten years, I got this pair and wore them for a run today and came home with a huge blister on my heel. Never had this experience before with Asics.

I have been wearing Asics for years but after trying these on I've realized I have been wearing the wrong ones this entire time! What a difference it makes! My foot falls into the weird supination category and I have a high arch (had no clue). I could actually feel the shoe correcting my step and guiding my foot landing in the correct direction. My ankles no longer hurt either which usually happens while I'm running. Only thing is is that they were a bit heavier then I would have liked so I'm excited to possibly try one of the newer styles coming out (or the Noosa) that is known to be much lighter. Love these though!

I have ASICS Gel-Cumulus 16s that fit well, but I had to order them 1.5 sizes larger than my normal shoe size to get the proper fit. I did the same with these and they are too small. I should listened to the other reviews. These shoes run extremely small. On the positive side, ZAPPOS has amazing customer service, so I will be exchanging them for a half-size larger.

Great color! Unfortunately not enough arch support as-is; had to insert orthotic insoles to make them more comfortable.

I typically go a half size up in asics for running to account for foot swelling and slippage. I had to go up a full size in this shoe-- it seems that the newer styles are smaller and more narrow... not good news for anyone buying wide width shoes. I have worn them running already, though and they are great shoes! I always remove the insoles and use spenco insoles for additional running support, so I can't completely speak to that.

I was looking for a shoe with a wide toe box to provide room for my toes to flex and relieve pressure on my Morton's neuroma. This is not the shoe. Not only is the toe box narrower than the other shoes I tried, the heel padding is so tight and so hight that it put pressure on my Achilles tendon, already inflamed. So, this is not the shoe for me.

I like the Asics shoes but had to get a half size larger in the Columbus 18 than I did in the kayano 20 which I did like better.

I've been running in asics for ten years and love their shoes. I usually buy them in wide and one size larger. I normally wear 7.5 and bought 8.5 in the wide and they fit perfect.

Much cushier than expected especially than more expensive shoes. Runs narrow, I bought the narrow, and it is truly narrow with a large toe box! Really a nice shoe!

Too squishy for me - found my feet sank into these and sapped the spring out of my step (but I'm 20 lbs. overweight, so these could be fine for someone who weighs less). Note: I sank down even further in Asics' Nimbus model.

I have always loved the Asics Gel-Cumulus...it has been my go-to shoe for my workouts over the past 5+ years. Unfortunately, the 18 fits a bit differently than the past few models. It is very narrow and runs short. (I have a very narrow foot). I would suggest sizing up a 1/2 size.

Disappointed. I’ve been wearing ASICS gel cumulus 10.5 marrow for 8+ years. I got a new pair for Christmas and they are cheap and too small. I’ve never had this problem and am very disappointed with ASICS.

The fit was great but cushion was lacking. I am keeping the Gel-Nimbus that I ordered at the same time because the cushion effect is wonderful. I am very happy returning to Asics after a year of wearing Nike.

These Asics are very tight in toe box and narrow and are much smaller than regular size. I ordered up a full size, and also got a wide width and still just barely got my toes in!

I don't know what ASICS is doing, but their shoes are not the same. This is the second pair of ASICs that I have returned. It used to be my go-to shoe, but the toe box is tighter and all-around smaller with their newer shoes. It is disappointing when the manufacturers change what works. The same thing happened with Reebok. I loved their Zigs, but they changed them and tried to compete with Nike and didn't have the same cushioning. I need cushioning with the classes I take. We do lots of jumps and jumping jacks. I wear a 5 1/2 regular shoe and always go 1/2 size up in work-out shoes, but the ASIC 6's are too small. I can't imagine a 6 1/2 fitting.
