I normally wear a size L but chose the XL because I purchased this vest to wear over big warm sweaters and/or denim jackets and didn't want my arms to feel restricted in anyway. It fits the arms and chest well, just a little roomy in the body/waist. Bought it in black because it's a classic color and goes with everything. Love the sheen of the material.

I am looking forward to getting this vest but so far I am not impressed with the delivery. I ordered on Jan 1 and chose 5-7 day delivery. I haven't heard anything by email so I signed into my account and all I can find out is that it shipped on Jan 5 but expected delivery date is not available. Wish I would have gone looking in stores but after calling about 3 that carry NF and being told they didn't this vest I gave up.

This vest is very cute and a good fit (true to size), but the color is not what I expected. It's called Greystone, but is actually purple.

I purchased this vest for my birthday. I love the look, the quality of material, and the weight is perfect without being too puffy. Perfect for transitional weather in Upstate NY. However, the picture of the black is a little deceiving. It is SO shiny that I feel like I'm back in the 80's, I can practically see my reflection - definitely not the look I want. I had to return it because I need something less eye catching, and just a normal black color. Sorry!

Vest was very shiny in appearance. It was also very light and thin. Not what I expected. Not really as pictured.

I bought this vest for my teenager. The vest was fine but the color is shockingly ugly, way too bright to wear other than for halloween parade!

I ordered this vest in white. It came and I saw a black feather stuffed inside the vest. At first I thought it was a stain. I exchanged it for the same exact one. Then the new one came and it also has a black feather just in a different spot.

sizes are so weird, I ordered in L and it was to big, I returned it, I ordered M and is to thigh on the breast, I had to return it also.

Fits too small for size

Too large, too bulky, I don’t care for fabric or texture. I would like to return it, please. Thank you

I've had multiple North Face jackets and love them all. However the past couple of years I've noticed a decrease in the quality from my previous jackets. They are ok for casual use but I wouldn't recommend them for any back country heavy duty. This vest in particular was a disappointment as much as I wanted a lighter weight vest for fall the fabric feels cheap and the shine is definitely not what I like. Please bring back the old quality that I've loved so much! This will be going back to the store.

Great products but terrible time locating this vest, color and size after going to 5 stores and trying to order directly from North Face. Did find her size and color at Nordstrom's on-line as stores were bare basically of many colors and sizes for Christmas! Would think stock-inventory would be built up everywhere and stores could order more ASAP from factory... Wanted more items but unavailable as went with Columbia and Under Armour....

I order this vest in black thinking that it was like the shiny black one in the picture, but it's a black matt and not exactly what I wanted, or thought it was supposed to be getting Pro's is that it arrived very quickly!

Worst worst quality I've ever seen! Not warm at all ! North face lost me as a customer!

Really just wanted the same diamond quilted vest I've bought in the past but unfortunately is no longer made. This new vest is very puffy and unflattering.

This vest was a good price but the Northface quality is not there, disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend if your looking for a vest that helps accentuate your curves. Definitely a warm vest by all means and nice quality.

Nice jacket but we had to return the first one because it was too small. We have been waiting for our refund for weeks. North Face claims that it's free shipping on all returns but don't expect your money back. We have been waiting for weeks and North Face has yet to refund our money. Lost a loyal customer.

I ordered my normal size (XL) and it was too snug and very short on my 5'8" frame. I have tried ordering XXL in the past but they are always too big on me. I feel like I cannot win with North Face!

I was going to use this to replace my old one.

Although this vest is very cute I did not feel like it fit well at all. Very short in the waist. Medium was too big and small was too short. I'm 5'6 and 119.

This vest contains goose down. I thought I had found a down free vest, but this is not it.
