I have long arms and my wrists usually stick out from my jacket but this jacket keeps my wrists covered!!!

I love the coat - it's warm, soft, zipper pockets, warm but lightweight. The only minor problem is the color, the black looks like a dark grey charcoal.. You can really tell when I wear black pants or have my black purse while I'm wearing the coat.

This is the 5 jacket I have purchased this year. They are sharp looking jackets. Everyone wants one!!!

Just what I was looking for in a jacket.not masculine at all. Very feminine. Fits my body comfortably and I'm able to drive with it on.

I found it true size its great for cool temps as well as cold with a layer underneath

I haven't got to wear this coat yet because it is not cold where I live yet. I bought it early. However, the fit is great and it is very light weight. Just hoping it's warm enough when winter hits with as light weight as it is.

What's the use of having zip in compatibility if you're never going to put out another product to zip it into. I've waited 2 years for them to put out a waterproof shell to zip it into. Nothing! Waste of money. So I'll go throw it at Marmot, Kelty or maybe even Pataguccia.

I bought the jacket around last year and I've used it for a while and I have honestly hated the days when it was so cold that I knew I would have to wear it. The coat is a good size except it is way to short. All of my shirts stick out underneath. I also think it is very unfeminine and bulky and I can't even fit it into my locker at school. Overall I think it is very warm but just makes me look fat and weird.

This jacket has a nice arm length, but the overall length is a little too short. I have a short torso and this jacket feels too short for me, which says something. Also, I am 5'5'' and weight 117 lbs and the front pockets feel tight, which has never a problem before. So no, I would not recommend this jacket, I feel as though TNF quality is slowly degrading and isn't worth the price.

Jacket was way way overpriced and very very cheaply made. I have bought many many coats over the years from Northface and this left an exceptionally bad taste in my mouth. My entire family are avid Olympic skiers and I will urge them to not buy these products anymore.

This coat is just not at all what was expected. I have purchased many Northface coats for my whole family and the fit on this is horrible! I am a small person and ordered a large, it is too small in the shoulders. I also feel that the customer service was not great either. I chatted with the on line person and was told this coat fits boxy.....not true at all! Called the store in Chicago to speak with someone that had helped me while traveling through and was told it is super fitted. (which it is) I have to now send it back and wait to receive a gift card for the return so I can order something else. I cannot just fill out the form for an exchange. This is just a waste of time and would like the coat to wear. I am very disappointed.

The website showed dark grey with black zipper. What was delivered was light grey with turquoise colored zipper. My daughter did not like it at all.
