This jacket was a great purchase. I highly recommend. I needed a coat for the winter that would keep me warm and it definitely did the job. I also like that the shell and fleece can come apart.

This is the best winter apparel purchase I have ever made. The jacket is comfortable and warm. I really enjoy that it's easy to clean and can be worn three different ways. I've gotten so many compliments on this jacket. I will be w customer for life.

This coat is great! Keeps me warm in the snow... The pockets are lined with soft material which are good when you forget your gloves. Everything about this item is wonderful and the best alternative to a puffy coat.

I'm very happy with this purchase. This is the first time time I've purchased anything from The North Face. The reviews I had read and the website itself were very helpful. I am not a fan of cold weather, but I spend a lot of time outdoors. I wanted a coat that would not just keep me warm, but wouldn't weigh me down with a lot of bulk. The fit is good (I ordered the XL), but probably should have ordered the 1X to give me a bit more room. The jacket is just a little snug in the shoulder area and I would not be able to wear a sweatshirt or heavy sweater with this jacket although it does keep me warm enough that I would not need a heavy sweater. Other reviews of the silken fleece liner mentioned that the material sheds onto everything. I have noticed that it does shed, not onto my clothes, but onto the inside of the shell. So, until I separate the two pieces, I really won't have to worry about the shedding. Again, overall I am happy with my purchase.

Beautiful jacket very light in weight but also very warm

I've received many good things about how great this jacket looks on me. It hasn't been cold enough to wear the lining in it though, but I'm positive that I'll be cozy warm in it.

Purchased this for my mom in Taiwan. she will go to Beijing at the end of Dec., i believe this jacket can keep her warm when it is cold and also raining. the outside layer is water-proof, however the inner layer is SUPER soft, cozy and warm. and the real color is just like what i saw online. on top of that, Durable material and great style!

I ordered this jacket in coastline blue. It is a beautiful color and the jacket keeps me warm and dry. So far I have not had any problems with the fleece inner jacket shedding. My only word of caution would be to order one size up from the recommended size. Based on the recommendation, I ordered a small. It was too small to layer anything under it. I returned it and ordered the medium, which fits very well. I would definitely recommend this jacket to a friend.

This exceptional jacket was worth every penny. It keeps me warm in the rockies of colorado and is light weight which makes it great for skiing and snow boarding. I love it so much and strongly recommend this wonderful jacket. There are some reviews that say the inner fleece jacket sheds but there has not been a single piece of fluff on me or my belongings so far and I have had this jacket for 2 months. The coloring is remarkably close to the image on screen and I got the pink and grey one. It is fabulous and i am looking forward to my next north face purchase.

This jacket is great for walking around campus in the winter time! It keeps me warm and protects me from the cold wind. It's also great because it can be used as a rain jacket and a nice fall jacket! Definitely worth buying!

I bought this jacket for work in the winter. It has been an excellent jacket and great to layer with. The jacket gave me plenty of room to have on multiple layers underneath and kept me very warm. I would definetly recommend this jacket for those who are outside in cold weather.

To start off since we purchase our merchandise through their site, North Face's website was very easy to navigate and shop, the user experience was wonderful! The Find your Size App was awesome, really helps you dial in just what size to get! As far as the thermomball jacket, AWESOME! this is by far the best winter jacket i have ever owned! Light, not bulky and WARM! Wind and water resistant. All the layers on their own are wonderful too! The fleece liner is such a great jacket on its own, even in cooler weather. And the softness of the fleece, oh, i can hardly take it off! All-around great jacket, great price! Would buy another in a heartbeat!

This is the 3rd one I purchased. I bought them as Christmas gifts for family members. They love them. I selected the triclimate because as the weather changes you can add or remove layers.

I bought the triclimate jacket for university schooling in western Pennsylvania, United States. Winters can get pretty cold, and it was due time for a new coat. The jacket is snug, but as I am a bit petite, (5"1') the arms are a tad long. Also, when taking the jacket on and off, the inner lining sometimes pulls with my arms. There is only one fastener inside holding the inner to the outer lining, so I suppose that is why. Also, the colors shown are not what you get. I ordered the greystone/purple sage jacket, and the coat I god was mostly a light purple - purple sage, if you must. I like purple as much as I like grey, but it was not what I expected. In reading some of the other comments, I did find other colors to be untrue. In regards to the fuzzy problem, I am having no such difficulties. All in all, would buy again in a heartbeat.
